Very Satisfied

Did a good bit of research to select them. Booking an appt was easy. Gave me an estimate over the phone. Called to confirm appt a hour prior as promised. Showed up right on time. Elmer and crew were very friendly. Cleaned a sample area to show me what to expect. The guys worked hard at cleaning our large family room carpet for about 2 hours. The results surpassed my expectations. There were many bad stains from pets and even oil from a ceiling fan, but they got every stain totally clean.

A couple of things to note. The smell of the cleaning process is quite strong, so it was nice to be able to open the windows while they were working. I also didn't realize that the process they use is totally dry cleaning, so the carpet was dry the minute they left (vs having to wait on a steam cleaning to dry).

I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to friends.

Great Carpet Cleaners

Victor and Frank did a great job on our carpets today. They showed us how the carpet cleaning works and then cleaned everything. The outcome was great! They got spots out that we didnt think would come out.

We will have them back again for sure. Highly recommended!

Victor and Neil did a great job cleaning our carpet. We have a dog and had some juice stains. They all came up and the carpet is beautiful.

What a find! with three small kids and a dog it is great to have carpets clean and dry so quick-- the guys did a fragile orienal, a flor carpet tile rug, and a pottery barn rug that other cleaners had refused to do for fear of damaging all three. results were quick and efficient!

Best Decision

I am beyond satisfied with my decision to use Carpet Dryclean! My home looks like we just moved in to it! They are very professional and take great attention to detail! I will use them again in the future without hesitation! I have two toddlers and two German Shepards that have made a mess of our carpets. You would never know they I had them after this service! Five star all the way! Victor is very professional and I recommend him to anyone! Great job Carpet Dryclean!!!

Great carpet cleaning - great service!

Carpet Dryclean removed pet stains and ink stains that other carpet cleaning companies could not remove.

The carpet looks brand new and I like the fresh, clean smell.

Friendly, professional service - I highly recommend them!

Cleaned Pet Stains

Carlo and Roland did a wonderful job on my disgusting carpets.

There were pet stains that regular cleaners were not getting out and I have a 16 month old toddler all over the floor. I needed someone to come out and do a thorough cleaning (and attempt to get up the pet stains).

They did it. The carpet smells better but it isn't that terrible flowery or chemical smell . . . it just smells clean.

Most of the pet stains came up, even ones that I didn't think would come up. There is one that is still there but I know they did everything they could to get it up and they left me clear instructions on how to continue working the stain out of the carpet.

I am EXTREMELY happy with their customer service. They were courteous and quiet.

I definitely recommend Carpet DryClean.

Elmer did an outstanding job

Our carpet in the den was 8 years old and had never been cleaned. Elmer tested a stained area before he started and most of it came right out. He was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. We were pleased with the work.

Victor and Neil came promptly and did a great job of explaining the process. Cleaned up after they were done, only way to tell they were there is my now clean oriental rug!
