A Steak to Remember

The prepare a great steak that is well seasoned, tender and cooked to order. The process that is taken to prepare their steak attributes to the excellent taste. The first step is to cook the steak slightly in an oven at extremely high temperture to seal in the juices and then remove it and cook to order. If you have ever had one you will definately remember it and smile.

WOW

I have never been to a steakhouse that served steak this good. It had a wonderful taste and very tender. We also had the potatoes and asparagus which were cooked to perfection. The stone crab legs were served for the appetizer and were fantastic. I cannot complain about any part of our meal. The service was fantastic. Great serving staff. Ruth's Chris also has a wonderful wine list.

Great Steak

I grew up in Texas and know great steaks. This is a wonderful restaurant to dine at. It lives up to the reputation of its name. Contrary to what many people say, Angus Barn is greatly over-rated.

All-in-One!!!

My first experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House was a memorable one. From the foyer to the table, I was very impressed. Granted the prices were high, but it is no higher than Sullivan's or Angus Barn. The appetizers were delicious, salads were huge portions, and the steak was outstanding! I eat steak often and have dined at many steak houses, this is the best I have had! The creme brulle was a good way to finish off a fine meal. The service was impeccable and my overall rating in comparison to Sullivan's or Angus Barn, there is none...

WONDERFUL!!

This place is the BEST! I have tried several other steakhouses in the area and none even touch this place! The service is great also.....I never had to ask for a thing! I highly recommend the creme brulee for dessert, it is out of this world!

Three of My Top Five

I have taken the time to rate some of best dining experiences in my life. Everytime I've dined at a Ruth's Chris it makes the list and the last three times I've been to Ruth's Chris restaurants (Dallas, Maui, and most recently Raleigh) it seems to keep getting better. This establishment in Raleigh was the most romantic experience of all and had an attentive wait staff with an impeccable sense of timing. My wife is a "jello" but she loved the Crème Brulee. We have to drive three hours to get there but we will be back this year.
