Best Florist in the Triangle
by cobramomnc
I have been a very long time customer of Fallons and they just keep getting better. Their Friday 2 for 1 sale on fresh flowers is unbelievable...what a deal and their flowers are very fresh. Everytime I go in the customer service is always fantastic. I would recommend them highly. My friend had her wedding done by Fallons and what a beautiful job they did. Great Place!
- Pros: Fresh Flowers, 2 for 1 on Fridays, Great Service
- Cons: Get there early or selection can be thin
Flowers and Scalping?
by farzanegan
I'm not sure of their flower services, but I was appalled that someone there (I assume it an owner since they used the Fallon's email address) was scalping products on Craigstlist- specifically Wiis, marked $175 over retail. Since they used the @fallonsflowers(dot)com email address, it is relevant.
Since there are many floral shops who stick to selling Flowers, I'd stay well away from Fallon's.
I have copies of the posts and email correspondence: to wit(

My apologies....this has nothing to do with Fallons however, I did use my email address from Fallons which is where I work...After standing in line from 4 in the morning I think the price is justified....)
My take: I do not believe it to be so- people who stand in line for Christmas gifts should be doing it for people they really care about- not to make a buck. And to do it from a floral shop, with the company email system is at minimum a conflict of interest, and more relevant a show of poor business acumen by a desire to screw over shoppers.
Update: The person who posted the ad is Frank Campesi, the manager.
- Pros: They have flowers- and side businesses
- Cons: Attitude reflects desire to rip off customers by any means
Best Customer Service!
by yankee21
I am extremely impressed with the fantastic customer service I recieved today, I only wish I got the woman's name. I was in a crunch and desperately needed flowers for my mother-in-law, I ordered the flowers over the phone and was amazed with what I recieved! It was the most beautiful tulip arrangement I have ever seen! The woman with short blond hair helped me out and its as if she read my mind as to what I was looking for. Great service, great selection, great price!
- Pros: Customer Service, Floral arrangement
- Cons: None!
Five bustling Triangle locations are proof this florist creates with quality and style.

In Short
Fallons boasts that if a flower is in season anywhere, they can get it. With continual shipments from Holland, California and Ecuador, they have access to an enormous selection, from traditional roses to vibrantly tropical plants--and a solid reputation to boot. To wit: Fallons is the official florist of the NC Symphony and the Carolina Ballet.

The flowers that I received for my 6th month anniversary of dating a wonderful man were awful. The arrangement was nice but the roses were nicked, old and worn and the edges were rolled back, the water was dirty, plant food was not included and it wasn't sitting in a carry box in case I wanted to take them home. BTW, they died and flopped over in 2 days without opening because they were not good roses. Upon calling, they were apologetic & sent me replacement flowers which arrived on Monday. They were better but already fully open and the water was dirty, there was no food for the roses and no box to put them in if I wanted to take them home. This is not how someone should receive roses (fully open, dirty water). Anyway, I won't use this shop and I don't suggest that anyone else does.
- Cons: Uses bad roses
