Stay Away if You Want to Keep your Paint!!!

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey Van that is White in color. I have been lazy lately and started getting the car washed here once or twice a week. (exterior only for $5). If you ride with your car through the car wash, you will note the loud and hard slapping of the brushes and pads hitting your car. Just a week ago, I noticed some serious discoloration on the corners of the bumpers! Luckily, I was able to take it off with polishing compound. Whew! ...I thought it had taken the paint off, and I'm sure it would have if I continued using their service! Stay Away !!!

IM GOING TO TRY TO KEEP THIS SHORT AND SWEET. IF YOU WANT A QUALITY CARWASH, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. FIRST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY LOUSY THE MANAGER (MARCUS) KEPT WALKING AWAY FROM ME AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT MY VACUMING SUCKED. SECONDLY THE BRAKE DUST WAS INCREDIBLY VISIBLE AND AS I LOOKED IN THE BAY AS MY CAR WENT THROUGH IT LOOKED AS IF IT WAS JUST GETTING WATER SPLASHED ON IT. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY HAVE OVE 3 GUYS ON ONE CAR AND ITS STILL DIRTY. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE......PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY AND DONT GO HER
P.S. IF YOUR GETTING A RIDE THROUGH PLEASE AND STAY IN THE CAR GET OUTSIDE AND EVALUATE YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE TRUST ME THERE WILL BE BRAKE DUST.

WOW - Best Car Care Ever

We brought our car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and full service wash. The service was superb - everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful - and the car looks awesome! We will continue to trust our cars to Carolina Auto Spa in Cary! It's the only car wash I have ever used that did not require any 'touch up' when I got my car home.

Not the as good as expected

I def. didn't love this place. I had to wait 15min extra than promised, not a big deal. Then when done the windshield was still dirty, and the car smell like dirty mop water. They didn't vacuum the trunk. I mean they charged $40 I at least expect clean windows, and a good vacuum. Well pretty disappointed I must say.

washed here after not being happy at two other local places. very friendly staff, similar prices and greast service. I was done in 24 minutes, they told me 30 since they were busy...on a sat morning and they offered me some coupons as a new customer and I joined their mailing list...apparently they send a lot of offers out each month. Highly recommend after 2 visits

Their auto carwash is not a touchless. Looks like very old equipment. Very little soap used. Might give more fine scratches or swirl marks.

Carolina Auto Spa and Express Wash apply between 7 and 9 chemicals to each car we wash. We are not touchless primarily because touchless washes do not clean cars, and don't advertise as such.
Between both locations (Cary and Apex) we wash between 7000-10000 cars per month. Rarely do we damage vehicles. But if we do and it is our fault we fully remedy the situation.
All of my facilities are open to customer tour/inspection at any time and we offer a complete money back guarantee on all of our services.
Do not choose for odor removal.

We took our truck here after a milk spill, the truck is 1 year old and the interior is immaculate (aside from the odor from the spilled milk). They recommended shampooing the carpet and seats ($70) and required that I pay up-front. They said they had an 'odor destroying' machine that they could use to help defeat the smell and seemed optimistic that they could help.
I dropped the car off and waiting for a little over an hour before it was ready. They said to leave the windows open so that the seats could dry, so I parked it in the garage with a fan running. We came out a few hours later to find the entire garage smelled horrible.
After doing some research on the internet, I bought a $2.14 bottle of Lysol and proceeded to spend an hour scrubbing the fabric and carpet. Already the smell is all but gone. Needless to say, I was wondering where my $70 went and why a 'professional' didn't know any more about removing odors than I did.
I eventually tracked down the regional manager and explained the situation. I was finally offered a $70 store credit or a $35 partial refund. I took the latter as I never plan to do business with Carolina Auto Spa again.

Odor removal is a multistep process (shampoo, chemical application, ozone treatment, cabin air filter replacement, etc) that my team is trained to explain and complete succesfully. I frankly don't have enough space in this reponse to describe the entire process but we do it every day and are quite good at it.
We guarantee our work. If you are unsatisfied, we refund all or part of your money. The time period you used to condem our service quality without allowing us to cure the issue is pretty short. Had you asked us to redo it or evaluate the issue we would have gladly done that.
Most likely the smell in your car was a result of our active enzyme chemical reducing/literally eating the remaining milk smell and evacuating into your garage. Likely the extra effort with the lysol was wasted. We do operate an ozone gas generation machine - most shops don't have them - and we use it to remove odors from a/c and heating systems. Incredibly Poor Service

Recently I scheduled a full detail exterior/interior car wash with this business for a Sunday morning time slot. When I arrived the business was closed and the hours of operation were not posted. I returned home (very ticked off) and called this business later in the day to inquire as to where the heck they were during my scheduled appointment time. I spoke with one of the managers who commented (this is a near quote) that on Friday he noted my appointment time and thought it was strange because they don?t open until noon on Sunday. However, no one called me to tell me that my scheduled time was incorrect and no one would be there!! In my opinion this was an egregious error. When I inquired about receiving the service for free or at least 50% off due to this large error on their part, I was told it was an expensive service that took a long time and maybe he could give me $40 off. This establishment might offer good service (if they show up for it) but it is clearly poorly run with no care for customer satisfaction. Don?t go!!!
POOR, POOR SERVICE

I'm sure others may have had a good experience, but i am NEVER going back to this place EVER!! We were told that our car would be ready in 20 minutes. Our car never even MOVED until over an HOUR, and then sat for another twenty minutes before the inside was done...or NOT done as the case may be!! Only when we threatened to leave was our car returned, with the work INCOMPLETE, with not as much as a "Sorry for the delay." No way we're going back.
Fantastic Customer Service and Attention to Detail

Have been a customer for a few years. Karl (the owner) is usually on hand and working with the team. Karl oversees most jobs and motivates his crews to provide excellent customer service.
One time, I had some minor damage to my vehicle and Karl arranged to have it repaired or replaced. A bad experience turned extremely positive. He manages a great business and should be applauded for his efforts.
