Surprised by the negative comments!

I've been shopping at Annie's Attic for several years and have found that it just gets better & better! Now there are even more high-end brands and more room to shop since the expansion. Great for finding designer jeans and boutique items like Coach bags (I found my laptop bag there). If you're looking for a cheap thrift store, I can see why you'd be disappointed. If you are looking for good prices on stuff from Banana Republic, J Crew, Talbots, Ann Taylor, etc. + designer bags, jeans, and shoes, you should check out Annie's Attic. The owner is understandably picky about what she accepts--which is why it's a great place to shop. She's always been very friendly to me.
- Pros: Upscale merchandise
- Cons: Occasionally hard to find parking
Great place for bargains and excellent service

I have been shopping and consigning at Annie's Attic for 10 years. The owner makes it a priority to know her labels and prices the clothing at a remarkable discount when compared to retail prices. This is not a thrift store and carries only the best clothing brands. I have consigned here as well and have always been impressed by the fair prices i have received for my clothing. I will never shop the mall again!!!!
- Pros: excellent prices and service, boutique atmosphere
- Cons: parking sometime difficult
What a consignment shop should be. Great selection, prices, and service.

Annie's Attic provides a great shopping experience. I get in the store about four times a year to update my wardrobe or find a specific work outfit. Everything is organized by size, color, and type of clothing...casual, work, dressy. The jewelry, shoes, and handbags are great additions. I am able to add to my wardrobe at very reasonable prices and the clothes that are sold there are in great shape that you really don't know they are second hand. The store is fun, clean, and decorated so cute. Be sure to look at the great wall paintings and cute sayings that are part of the decor.
Snotty owner
by amilee444
Snotty owner acts like she is operating an exclusive dress shop and all that entails, instead of selling used clothing. Over priced! You can buy the same items new at first markdown in a retail store for about the same price. These are after all used clothes.. This store is not for the typical resale shopper. There are more welcoming places to shop!
- Cons: snotty owner, overpriced
Good prices with knowledgable and friendly staff

I love treasure shopping at Annie's Attic. I can find near-new or brand-new items at approximately 75% or more off of retail. My closet's filling up faster than my wallet is empying. :-)
One of the best features of this shop is that the staff has a really good eye for styles that look good on me. I can give them a general idea of what I'm looking for and they'll come back with several excellent choices.
- Pros: Staff, Prices
- Cons: Parking can be problematic on Fridays at lunch
Avoid this shop

The prior reviewer must be a relative of the owner as that assessment certainly did not ring true with me. I found the owner to be rude and difficult to deal with. I switched to Classic Clothiers and couldn't be happier. The owner is genuinely pleasant and remembers all consigners while the owner of Annie's Attic is the opposite. I also found that my clothes now get a much fairer and realistic assessment than I was getting at Annie's Attic.
- Pros: good location
- Cons: poor customer service, not a good place for consigners to have to deal with
Annie's Attic rates high on my list!

Annie's Attic, is one of my favorite places to work with and to visit. Over the past 10 years, yes 10 great years, I have seen how this business has grown. This consignment store has it all. The owner is a professional, smart and savy. She works for you. She knows the clothing market. She knows what will sell. She makes money for us. We need to applaude her for her knowledge of the clothing market and the upcoming trends in style and color. Let's be realistic this is a business that works for you, some clothing that you bring in my not work. OK. It may be to old, torn or stained. Ask yourself would you buy it? What were you going to do with it anyway. She provides the service of helping you simplify your life and get rid of the clothes you don't use. She even donates the clothes, you don't have to make that trip. So next time you go to Annie's Attic say "Thank you with a smile".
- Pros: Attractive store, great merchandise, up to date with fashion trends, friendly
- Cons: None
Couldn't ask for a better shopping and consigning experience!

I have been a customer and a consigner at Annie's Attic for over 5 years and believe that both experiences are the best thing since sliced bread. There are so many positives...where to start?! As a consigner, I have always been treated fairly and my items have been priced appropriately. As a customer, I can always count on finding what I need at Annie's. The quality and variety of the clothing is outstanding and I love that I can find upscale brands (many times with the tags still on them!) in such wonderful condition. The organization of the store is fabulous - easy to find what you are looking for with color and item grouping. Now, you may be wondering, "What about the pricing? Is all this greatness going to cost me?" I am happy to report that the answer is "no!" Annie's has great clothing at very reasonable and accessible prices. Last but not least, I have to say that the owner and staff are also a very integral part of the shopping experience at Annie's Attic. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and asked if you need any assistance. If you just want to browse, that's fine - no hovering salespeople here. But if you do need help, they are there to answer questions, assist with locating items/sizes and in general, provide you with a quality shopping experience. I highly, highly recommend Annie's Attic!
- Pros: Great quality, Outstanding Prices, Friendly Staff, Excellent Customer Service
- Cons: None!
Upscale and fabulous
by eminorlando
I just returned from a trip to the Raleigh area to visit my brother and his wife. Having been to Annie's before (pre-expansion), I knew I didn't even want to mess with Orlando consigning because Annie's was so terrific. I hauled three bags of clothes all the way there and could not have had a better experience. Even for an out-of-towner, I was treated like a local and the experience was seamless. The newly expanded store is SO much like a little boutique you would scarcely know it was consignment. There is nothing that feels "old" or "used" at all, and after consigning my goods and receiving very fair values for it all, I ended up spending over $100! The inventory is so nice... probably more than half of what I looked at still had price tags and everything was displayed beautifully. All the different types of clothes are separated into groups, then by size, and then by color in their respective sizes. Wow... attention to detail! The owner is super friendly and loaded with Southern charm, and the store was buzzing on a Saturday afternoon. I have no interest in finding a local consignment because I can't imagine they could come close to Annie's.
- Pros: Friendly staff, adorable shop, great selection
Best clothes, best atmosphere, best customer service, excellent parking

Wow... Annie's Attic is quite a find! I don't normally write reviews but the last one must be an anomaly so I had to put in my two cents. I had heard what a great place this was from numerous friends and I had also read that it was voted "Best Of" the past few years, so once I moved to the area I had to check it out. The owner is extremely personable and attentive, the store looks terrific, and I didn't see a single piece of clothing that wasn't 100% perfect in quality. Annie's Attic is obviously very selective in what they take in, which in turn makes the store more like a boutique than most traditional consignment shops around the southeast. At most consignment shops you have to pick through the junk to find the gem, but not here. There were literally gems in every color and in every size... both new and lightly used. I was like a kid in a candy store. The owner even told me when an outfit didn't fit me properly, costing herself a sale but gaining a loyal customer in the process. She also told me that they had just recently expanded Annie's Attic to make the shopping experience more enjoyable, so please go check out this shop and judge it for yourself. I for one, will certainly go back.
- Pros: Great quality, customer service, and atmoshere
- Cons: None that I could see
