Great Customer Service

I moved from Raleigh from out of state and I was recommended to Chad Richards from a friend. Once I signed up with his office, I received a call from him to check in on me and make sure my move went well. He also said "If you ever get lost in this new city, feel free to give me a call and I'd be happy to help. I know what it's like to need help in a new city". It wasn't his comments that meant so much to me, it was that Chad did not have to do that and it really showed me that he truly cares about his clients, we aren't just a number to him.

Chad has helped me a couple of times with insurance questions or a possible claim and each time he has been completely sincere and I enjoy being a client of his. I would recommend Chad Richards to anyone in the Raleigh area.
