Great Customer Service

Technician arrived in the first 15 minutes of the 4 hour window i was scheduled for. Diagnosed my TV within 10 minutes. He had the parts he needed with him and had my TV working within 45 mins of walking through the door.

The price wasn't bad either I expected it to be at least $300 but it was much less.

• Pros: Fixed my Tv on the spot. Very knowledgeable and fast.

This company is very professional and repaired my tv the next day after placing the service call. The technician was very accurate at diagnosing the problem and cost wise was very affordable. I will definitly call this company in the future for further assistance if needed.

Not a business, this person doesn't know what he's doing

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS, it isn't even a business, it's a two man con-artists. My 8yr old son knows more about fixing tv's than he does. Came to my house, made my tv worse, he broke my mainboard then wanted to charge over $600 to replace what he broke. I know, I watched him the whole time. Having to seek legal action. Do not fall victim like I have done to these con-artists.

Great, Efficient Service

I found this company in the phone book. Gave them a call about my TV, and the secretary was very nice and professional. I was able to get an appointment the same week, which I didn't expect, because it was near a holiday.

The technician arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem within 30-45 mins! The company ordered the necessary parts, and they arrived the following week. I was called promptly by the staff, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled.

My TV was completely fixed within one week of the initial technician's visit. I would highly recommend this repair service to anyone, especially those who have busy schedules, because they have evening and Saturday appointments available. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision TV Repair!

Great service!!!!

The service that I recieved was great the tech that came was so nice and very helpful he knew just was the problem was and what needed to be job to get the job done he was quick and on time and I had no problem getting in contact with them to ask any question. If I was to know of anyone else in need for tv repair I would definitely send them to Precision Repair!!!!!

Quick & Professional Service, Highly Recommended

The technician came out and knew immediately what the problem was and it took just a couple of days for the part to come in. The technician worked with me on scheduling a time that worked for both of us and he came in and repaired the tv right there in my home.. I would highly recommend using Precision and would use them again, but hopefully I won't need to. :-)

Highly recommend to everyone!!!

I called the repair shop and got an appointment the same day. The technician came in on time and repaired the TV on site. They are prompt, efficient, good customer service and honest.

They are a gem and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service right in the home

These folks must be busy because I needed to leave a message but once we connected, they were prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. They correctly diagnosed my problem right over the phone and when the serviceman arrived, he confirmed the problem during the system checkout. The parts arrived in short order and the actual repair took less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend these folks and will use them again (but I hope not too soon).

No one is ever on site to pick up the phone. And when you leave a number for them to return your call you never hear from them.

SInce I called over a period of over a week in which you even changed your answering machine message from a woman's voice to a man's voice I will take it your "business" is not only a scam and unreputable but also full of liars. Make sure you avoid this "business". I am going to make a call to the Better Business Burea and see what can be done about you. Anyone who leaves a number with you is being foolish. I think this is a scam for telemarketers.

• Cons: Every time someone writes a true comment about how poor this business is you will notice there is a made up rating creatd by this same business.

great customer service

Upon calling Precision TV Repair I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist with whom I spoke. After scheduling an appointment, I was given a thorough explanation of what to expect (service fee, confirmation call, etc.) when the repairman came. The part needed for my tv was ordered promptly and my tv was fixed within a week! If I ever need another tv fixed, I know who I will call.
