Gary & Reggie treated me right! They told me which tires did NOT need replacement (3 of 4), and why. Then Reggie took me to the warehouse and we picked a replacement for the 4th tire. They have a huge inventory of used tires, and, unlike a lot of used tire places, which store their used tires outdoors (collecting rainwater and mosquitoes), Murray's keeps theirs in a neatly organized warehouse. So they're installing nice, dry, clean tires on your rims, instead of the rust-inducing wet-on-the-inside tires that you might get elsewhere.

Plus, Murray's used tire prices are a couple of bucks cheaper than the two other places I called.

My Buick also needs an alignment, and I'll definitely be going to Murray's for that, too.…

Folks I Trust. Took my wifes car in for a second opinion on a repair another local (national chain) shop said I needed. The other shop said my car needed a camber kit for the rear to align it properly and it would be about $250 just for the kit installed. Murray's was able to align my car (within specs printed out for me) for less $$ and did not need the camber kit. I saved lots of money, and the staff there was very helpful. Each time I approached the main office, the mechanics outside would say hello and ask how they could help me. These guys know how to run a business AND treat people right.…

THE REAL DEAL!!!!. I'm an old curmudgeon and don't like anybody or anything, much less letting anybody touch my cars but these guys are the best thing going!!! I own older BMWs with many hundreds of thousands of miles and was in search of a tire place now that I'm back in Raleigh.

Purchased four used tires that ride like new, and an alignment that was performed better than the Ford dealership repair after I wrecked my 2007 truck. Great Customer Service!!!. I have been a customer of Murray's Tires for approximately 6 years. I am always impressed with the customer service. The staff are verrrrry friendly. The technicians are always happy and speaking. Staff at the front desk are always helpful, informative, and always recommending money-saving, plus good advice. They are never trying to beat you out of money like some of the large chains...um um Meineke, Jiffy Lube, etc... I just wanted to give Murray's KUDOS on a JOB well done EVERY time I visit there for tires, alignments, you name it. Best service - best prices. I have been going to Murray's for almost a decade now, always in the past for used tires. This time I needed new tires. I shopped around at Merchant's and Discount Tire before heading to Murray's. The two national chains wanted between $200-220 more for the exact same tire that Murray's was able to get me.

I arrived at 9am, the lady behind the desk gave me a printout of all the tires that would fit my car. I chose a mid-range tire. She told me to pull into the bay and I returned to the waiting room. She offered me a soda or some coffee and told me about a special they were running on alignments. Much to my surprise and delight, my car was ready at 10:05am. The entire process was quick, affordable and painless. I really appreciate how they ended the transaction with a big smile and a firm handshake. It made me feel like they truly appreciated my business. It's those little touches that make Murray's special.

There is no need to shop around anymore. I am remaining loyal to Murray's and will tell everybody I know to check them out.…

Always Trustworthy!!. I had been trying to find a competent car shop I could trust and I am so glad I found this place! I have taken my car there 2 different times and I always get the best service. One time my check engine light came on & it turned out to be nothing but a loose gas cap! I left there completely happy with their service & they didn't even charge me a thing!!! I will always go back to them & no one else! Oh yeah they have the best prices in town too!!…
