Do Not Use

Services agreed upon were not followed through upon. Owner has shown no remorse for the broken agreements.

On August 7, 2009 I deposited $100 as a down payment to Action Limousine Services for rental of the 2008 White Hummer on August 22, 2009. Along with rental, the owner guaranteed full service at entry of Solas Lounge with a no cover charge. On 8/22/09, the limo arrived 30 minutes late with obvious trash/melted ice/grass remnants still remaining within the vehicle from the previous clients. The arrangement made with the Manager of Solas was void, and had not been verified by Action Limo. Therefore, there were obvious problems with entry of the lounge. The owner of Action Limo was called, but offered no assistance. When notified on Monday morning of the less than desirable evening, I received no replies from emails and multiple phone calls. The owner finally responded with an attitude of "it's not my problem" when in fact, on August 7, 2009, we agreed that the service he would provide would be a clean, reliable vehicle transportation and VIP treatment at the entry of Solas, meaning no cover charge & no waiting in line. The only service that was provided was the actual transportation from point A to B. The driver covered 30 additional minutes of no charge at the ending time to offset the late arrival at the beginning of the night. This was expected to be an elite service, however, proved to be no more than a taxi. The total $500 was paid for services not rendered.

The Best Limousine Service

Hi,

This company is just excellent, my experience with this company has been very great. The reservationist Ms. Betty was wonderful to my bride and I. We had so many last minute changes and she made sure that my wedding was going to be great. You have got to see there fleets, the 07 Escalade is out of this world. The driver Ray was great also, prompt and on time, dressed to impress,and had a great attitude. My wife's birthday is coming up and we willbe using them again.....

Best Limo Service Around

I have used this limo service since 2002 and they have been great. They have worked with me socially and professionally and they have been so helpful and professional. The drivers take a special interest in making your event special. The staff all go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. I highly recommend Action Limo to all people looking for a great deal, professional staff, and reliable service.

EXCELLENT!

I have been using Action Limousine since 2003. I have always had a very good experience with them. I can't imagine using another limo service. The customer service is second to none, the limo's are state of the art and the drivers are always on time, courteous and very skilled drivers. They have a 2007 Escalade that has a 42 inch television, disco lights in the floor and it rides so smooth it feels like you are gliding. Whenever anyone asks me who they should call for limousine service, I don't hesitate to suggest Action Limousine.

Wonderful Limousine Experience!!!!!!

Beautiful car, friendly driver, everything was perfect for my daughter's 9th birthday. She had a blast. 1st class all the way! I would highly recommend.

Awful Customer Service

First the driver was 30 mins late, then a week later another $110.00 (unauthorized) was charged to my credit card as extra tip. Then, when I called it took one week to get a credit to my account. So the owner/manager said that because he had forgotten about giving me the refund for a week he would give me 1 hour free in one of his limos. I took him up on the offer and instead of needing a whole 1 hour I asked if he could just simply do a "pick up" for my sister and new husband after their wedding. The wedding was just 10 mins from the Action Limo site. He was asked to drop them off at a hotel downtown. This would have taken 30-45 mins tops. All was set and 1 hour before the wedding he called to say he could not do it because some of the drivers were running late!!?? Needless to say, we got another company for the drop off and even though this company is right down the road from us we will use someone else in the future!
