Customer No Service. so I made an appointment a few weeks ago for a very High Blood pressure. Have been patently waiting to be seen, but as we all work unforeseen events come up, and I had to be late for my appointment. I called to let the office know I would be late, and they said the appointment after mine was not filled, so no issues. Just to make sure I brought in the paper work. I filled it out online and had everything ready. Showed up (late as Informed them) and they said they would have to reschedule. Knowing we are in a area with the best DR's in the world I replied I would go else where. This sent the message that they did not care about me, or my health. I cared enough to inform that I would be late, and they didn't care. I got off work early to go, they didn't care. So Please think before making your appointment with this practice. I think they could care more if they wanted to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.…

Ups and Downs. I have been there a few times for issues and the staff has always been nice to me. I like them having their own X-ray on site which saves time. However, I needed to be referred and the wait time was 3 weeks!!! I was not told of this when I left the office that day and had to call to find that out. There is a woman on staff that does all the referrals for patients.…
