Surpisingly good!

I say suprisingly because I am always leary of nationwide box-store auto chains. They tend to hire screw ups and take no responsibility when they damage or break something. But these guys are a joy to work with. Always friendly, always competant, and they never push anything on me I do not need. They do a through vehicle check and alert me if anything needs attention, like a headlight or fuel filter. In no case did they sell me something that was not necessary. Last time I paid for a tire rotation and new air filter but the service tech came in and said it wasn't necessary this time and deducted it from the total. Now that's honesty. I can handle the wait times as long as I trust that they know what they are doing and will never try to rip me off. Absolutely recommend them.

• Cons: No coffee in the waiting area!
