I bought a 2012 GTI from Samantha Chauveau at Leith VW. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I absolutely love the car. The follow up after my purchase from Samantha and the service department has been greatly appreciated.

Our experience at Leith VW was excellent. Everybody was very professional and seemed that they own their jobs. Our sales agent was Samantha Chauveau. She is very energetic, detail oriented and professional. It also helps that she knows what she is selling! 10 out of 10 for Samantha and Leith VW.

I was looking for a new 2013 VW Passat TDI SEL and had a 2008 Infiniti with 92,000 miles as a trade. Troy was attentive, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He found the car I wanted and got me what I was asking for my trade. Fair dealership who gave me a great deal. Used USAA for my research and was given the USAA price despite the fact that they are not a Certified Preferred Dealer through USAA. I would by another vehicle through them in the future and I would ask specifically for Troy as my experience was exceptional.

I purchased my car from Forrest Newkirk at Leith. Forrest was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. After I purchased my car, a few things needed to be followed up on. Forrest came to my place of work, picked up my car, and took it back to the dealership for me. I did not have to miss a beat at work. Now, that is customer service.... with a smile. I have recommended Forrest to many friends, and will continue to do so.

I would highly recommend Erik Francey at Leith VW if you're looking for a sales rep that is extremely knowlegeable about all models of Volkswagon, as well as each car's features and benefits. Even though I never thought I would buy a VW, I took delivery on my new Passat on Saturday, 12/15/12 and absolutely I love my car! I would highly recommend Erik Francey and Leith VW!
