Great Experience. Great Salon. I have been going to jay andrews for years and have NO complaints. It is always a wonderful experience when I am there. The receptionists are very friendly and i absolutely LOVE the scalp massage!!! My cuts are always great because the stylists pay great attention to what I want for my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an awesome salon experience.

Absolutely hate this place! Went in for a long bob/slightly past shoulder length hair cut and came out with a short bob all the way up my neck. I went in with long hair, way past my shoulders that could fit into a medium length braid, medium/high pony tail and into a high topknot bun. Left the salon not able to do any of those things and can BARELY scrape my hair into a tiny pony tail now. EXTREMELY displeased

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have to take the time to recommend this place. After moving to Raleigh, I had the hardest time finding a good hair stylist. After 3 bad highlight jobs, I thankfully found Kat at Jay Andrews. I have been going to here for a year now and my hair has never looked better. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I never see a person walk out with a bad cut or dye job. I highly recommend Kat at Jay Andrews.

Wow what a great experience! I have been going to the salon in Apex and loved it so I followed my stylist to try out the new salon. It was just as great as the Apex salon.

Awesome Salon!!!. I had been referred to jay andrews by a friend and decided to check it out. I visited the Beaver Creek location in February and had a fantastic experience! I was greeted by a lovely girl at the front desk and offered a glass of wine while i waited for my stylist. I sat down and in no time was greeted by my stylist...I wish i could remember her name but i do remember that she was very kind and knowledgeable. A few months later i found the new location in Morrisville, Which happens to be very close to my house. I decided to check out the new location and had an equally outstanding visit. The girls at the front desk were amazing and the stylist really LISTENED to what I wanted. I once again left with a fantastic hair cut and feeling wonderful. I would definately recommend either location.

Best experience Ive had in a long time!. I was extremely happy when I left jay andrews salon! My last hair dresser who I had been going to for years had to move away which made me sad of course and I was nervous trying a new place but I had the best experience. After getting my hair cut and color done which was exactly the color I was going for, I decided to have a facial especially since they were having specials on them. The facial was so relaxing and much needed! I would highly recommend this salon and spa to any one looking for a new place to go. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderful! Wonderful1 Wonderful!. I can not sing the praises of this salon / day spa enough! Today was my third visit and I can not share how pleased I am with both my new - shiny - beautiful hair color and style, and the amazing facial that left my skin glowing.

The entire staff is extremely courteous, and the ambiance a nice reprieve from my hectic days. I would highly recommend Jay Andrews.
