Horrible Customer Service. I purchased 2 identical acrylic items from this store as gifts, and loved them so much, that I really wanted the same item for myself. My mom tried to order it for me for Christmas. For some unknown reason, the store employee refused to look up the exact item that I purchased, twice, even though the owner later readily admitted it could easily be looked up on the computer system (which she did). When the wrong item was sent to my mom, my husband tried to work with the store to exchange it for the correct item. The owner refused to exchange it. VERY poor customer service, I will not ever go back.…
