The price I was quoted increased when the order was written up. The completion date quoted was not met and the style I chose was not what I received. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE SEEKING PURE AGGRAVATION!
We had a MISERABLE experience with this store recently. We brought our son's bag into the store to have it monogramed. We paid the $5 expedite fee to have it read in 5 days or less. We went into the store 14 days later and they had not done the work on it at all. Worse, the attitude and extremely rude service provided by the store owner was appalling. She never apologized and literally walked away from us never admitting that they were wrong. We will never go to this store again and want to warn others too.
Horrible Customer Service. I purchased 2 identical acrylic items from this store as gifts, and loved them so much, that I really wanted the same item for myself. My mom tried to order it for me for Christmas. For some unknown reason, the store employee refused to look up the exact item that I purchased, twice, even though the owner later readily admitted it could easily be looked up on the computer system (which she did). When the wrong item was sent to my mom, my husband tried to work with the store to exchange it for the correct item. The owner refused to exchange it. VERY poor customer service, I will not ever go back.
