Frustrated with website ordering. Gym sweat pants were back ordered and got the rest of my order with no note saying they were on back order, but they did charge me for them. That was back in January, when my husband called they were rude and said someone had called and talked to me, which was not true. Now, finally they looked around the store and found the pants had been there since Feb 9th. So probably my son will have his extra pair of long pants around the time the weather warms up enough for him to wear shorts. Not good service, especially when you're paying $35 for a pair of sweat pants.

UPDATE: The company responded to my complaint and mailed the pants right away, and they even comped the price so I wasn't charged for them. They also gave me a discount for my next order in hopes that I would give them another chance. They apologized for their mistake and tried to make it right. I was wrong about their customer service standards and admit it. They aim to please so give them a try.
