for mattress firm. i purchased a mattress ,after few days ,this mattress has a funy smell,i went back to the store i told them about it,the guy told me it will go away after few days,but it didnot,my wife started seezing,and had they allergy from that,thats not the problem,the problem,the mattress has as i purchase it 15 years warranty,but after 5 mounth ,it want dawn almost 2 inches in the middel,and has some yelow spots,anyway i'm not comfortable at all,and i want the mattress firm replace this mattress ,

Great mattresses & Great Service!. WoW. What service! We purchased two mattresses from the Naples, FL store and when one developed a lump in the first two weeks, it was promptly replaced! All it took on our part was one phone call, and the new replacement mattress was scheduled and delivered in 4 days. We love the mattresses and the service is terrific! We happily recommend the Naples store :)

Mattress firm. I stoped by this store last night. The sales person had the worst customer service I have ever seen. She pushed me to buy the mattress even I just looked at it. She refused to write down the mattress infomation for me. I told her I will come back with my husband at weekend. She was very rude to me. I will NEVER shop by this store.

Buyers Beware. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE!!! Their customer service skills are beyond poor and once they have your money you might as well forget any assistance. Their customer service department is almost impossible to get in touch with and they do not take any responsiblity for their mistakes. They are also not willing to do anything to make up for their mistakes. Basically this store just makes any purchase a big headache. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR WARRANTY POLICY!!
