You get what you pay for!. I had a similar experience as the other person who reviewed this spa. I purchased this as a groupon and as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" We entered the spa, which was located in an industrial looking strip mall. We were told to change in what seemed like a supply closet. The robes were disgusting. The lobby was right when you walked in and you had to sit in a skimpy robe right in plain view of people walking in-including the construction workers who are working on the "NEW" site. The facial was decent. The massage was ok. It was very dry though and seemed amateur. The mani and pedi were the worst I've ever had! They didn't cut my toe nails! My friend also went and one hand of hers had longer nails than the other when she walked out. We both had to go home and cut toenails and one side of her fingernails! The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing with the mani/pedi. Lunch was edible, but not even as good as I pack my children! The facility was dirty-I went straight home and showered and still didn't feel clean! The employees were totally unprofessional and their conversations were very inappropriate! I learned a lot about the goings on in Wendell, that's for sure! In summary, I wouldn't purchase this again, even at the discounted groupon amount! Save your money and go somewhere reputable!

Salon & Spa. I'm a pretty optimistic person and always try to appreciate the positive of a situation but there is nothing positive I can say about this place. Do not waste your money! Not even good with a discount deal. This place is filled with complete amateurs. The staff were racially inappropriate. They talked about their own staff when they stepped out of the room, complained about their customers and about even picking up the phone. It was not a relaxful spa experience at all! I've never had such a horrible mani/pedi. My nail polish chipped by the time I got home. The nail tech didn't even touch my cuticles or take out any nail clippers. She put globs of nail polish, left streaks, missed the corners to name a few. She admitted that she could not do a french manicure. They couldn't find anything. During the facial they couldn't even find the tool for the extractions. Massage was ok, tech could've used more oil. (But the bickering of the other staff in the background did not allow me to appreciate the experience. I will NEVER go here again. I would prefer to pay full price some where else!
