Great Food, Good price!. I have tried both their Pizza and Subs so far and they are far and away the best in the Clayton Area. Their prices are great as well! If you are in the Clayton area and looking for a quick place to grab a bite to eat, this is the place you are looking for.

Food may be good, but delivery was horrible!. We called in a delivery order about two weeks ago. We ordered a pizza and a gyro. Before we got off the phone the manager said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. An hour and a half later our food arrived. It was all COLD. Apparently they don't have hot bags to keep their food warm. Our cold pizza was okay, but I'll never know how it tasted warm. According to the other reviewers, go to the resturant..don't order delivery!

Best pizza in the area!. Having spent a few years in the city it made me realize how bad chain style pizza really is. Pizza King on us hwy 70 has the best NY style pizza in Clayton. Tons of options, sauce, cheese and dough are great. We order from here at work frequently and have never had a bad pie. They are very friendly, always sincerely thank us for our business and always on time!!!!

Best subs in Clayton!!. I have been to Pizza King several times since it recently opened. I have not had a better sub since I moved to Clayton 6 years ago!! I like the one I've had so much I keep ordering the same thing! I keep saying I'm going to try something else, always other customers there who say "oh, you should try such & such next time, it's fantastic!" I can't wait to try their gyro's & pizza! They both look & smell delicious! The owner & staff are also extremely friendly, always wanting to make sure you're happy with your order. If you haven't tried it yet, try it soon! I believe they said they'll have a website up soon!

Pizza King Deli is the #1 stop for great food!!. Awesome! authentic New York flavor in the heart of Clayton NC! It’s worth your visit. Everything is always delicious, fresh, and worth every penny! The portions are huge! The menu lists over 30 sandwich and sub combinations, every one of them better than the last. The pizza is that gooey, messy delicious kind that results only from using lots of quality cheese and fresh ripe tomatoes, A must stop !!!!

Great stromboli and subs. My family likes Pizza King Deli since the new owners took over. The subs are so delicious and we have become fans of there huge strombolis. The owner and staff in there short time already have established a great "go-to" place over in the Clayton area. I haven't tried the greek food there, but I'm sure its just as great!

Pros: Fantastic food, family atmosphere, quick

Cons: Can get VERY crowded.

Great food...... There is a great place in Clayton...Pizza King mediterranean deli... I can not say enough about this authentic Pizza Deli! The food is fabulous and the service is terrific. I have become a fixture every day for lunch... They have the best strombolis and subs and if you like Greek best gyros, chicken souvlakis... yummy! The BEST!!! All I can say is go try it.. you won't be sorry!

Best pizza & sub deli restaurant!. It is hard to find a place that makes better buffalo chicken kaiser. The service at the counter is always friendly and the place just feels "fun". They even have wireless for laptops. The onion rings are good too! I go here often and I am always satisfied. The price is great too.
