Unkindest Cut of All. I chose Aqua Spa based on a coupon deal. Big regret. When I showed up and told the girl at the counter my name she looked at the computer, had another girl look at the computer and they told me to sit down. A sylist introduced myself to me-not the person I booked my cut and color with- and gave me no explanation as to why I got someone different.

The stylist that worked on me did tell me that the girl I booked with charged more because she was a higher-level stylist. I should have stopped her right there. My cut (no style to it) was awful.

Not the kind of salon or stylists that they advertise. Don't waste your time and money on Aqua Spa. I wish I had read more than the 'glowing' reviews before I booked an appointment here. I'll know better in the future.

Not Quite There. Looking for a new place in town for color and cuts, I picked Aqua at random. Loved the location on Creedmoor right near the house. But what makes or breaks a Salon for me is the customer service. The stylist was personable and did a great job, but when i went back for my next visit, they had cancelled my appt without notice. I was peeved. They said they had called but even after verifiying my number with them they were unable to leave me a message. I rescheduled but was not happy. My next cut was not as good. Id say it was average at best. I would have given them a 3rd try if it wasnt for the disregard they gave me when they cancelled that appt. its a shame that business depends on how the front end acts. Its not the stylists fault if the front end does stuff to aggravate the customer into not coming back.
