Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Date of Service: October 28, 2012.

Had a backup of sewage into the house this past Sunday. It was in my tub, shower, sinks, toilet. I couldn't use the water in my house as a result. I called roto-rooter. This is the first time using them and since they provide services on the weekend it was perfect. They came out within the hour. It was fast service. Nate, the plumber was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Nate cleaned up all the sewage backup, put everything back and cleaned any areas where he worked. Very nice guy and professional. Kept me informed of what he was going to do, the estimate, etc. We were pretty close to the estimate. I would definitely call them again for future work.

Saved us from big problems! When we woke up one morning to find our toilet had "burped" all over the floor, Roto-Rooter came right out, determined the problem was outside the house, snaked the line with a camera and we were able to see the root-ball that has grown inside the city's main line that connected to ours. Within just a few hours we knew what the problem was and were able to safely use our water/sewer again. It as about as quick and painless as it gets and not nearly as costly as we had dreaded!

Roto-Rooter saved the day and Jeff Vaughn ROCKS! When my water heater recently decided its time was up, I called Roto-Rooter and they handled the issue completely professional from start to end. The call center was extremely polite and kept me up to date on when Jeff would be arriving to the house to look at the issue and Jeff walked me through every possibly replacement option.

I cannot say enough great things about Jeff. There is no question he is an exceptional plumber - and on top of that, the level of professionalism and courtesy he extended while at my home was outstanding. He kept me up to date on his progress during the installation and went above and beyond to complete the install in the time he estimated.

There is no question I would recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I called Raleigh Roto-Rooter plumbers to clean out two of my drains that had been problems for a few years. They made an appointment for the next day. They called ahead and arrived in the 2-hour window as scheduled. The plumber made sure that he understood the problems and explained to me what he recommened be done, why he was recommending it and any possible problems that might arise because of my old cast iron and galvanized lines. He gave me a quote and I authorized the work. He completed the work that afternoon and was careful to thouroughly clean the area and check for any leaks at the connections he had to remove for access. Before he left, he went down a thorough check list of pumbing issues and suggestions of how I could prevent problems in the future. I heartily recommend Roto-Rooter of Raleigh for any drain problems or other plumbing problems you may have!

Fast response for sewer repair. Our sewer line was blocked and backing up. Called Roto-Rooter and they came out the same day. The problem, tree roots blocking the line, was fixed at a reasonable cost. There was a break in the sewer line which they were able to show me using their video.

A cost estimate was given to permanently repair the line which we accepted and the repair done the next day.

We were very satisified with their promptmess and work to fix our problem.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/5/12. Called Roto-Rooter Plumbers from Raleigh to help fix a clogged underground drain problem. My downspouts were backing up flooding the entire property. The plumber from this Raleigh company was very efficient and within a short time unclogged the problem which was caused by roots from my landscaping entering the pipes. A good job and well worth the price of a plumber.

Jeff Vaughn and Roto-Rooter Saved My Easter. So the basement shower got backed up in our 1960-something house on Good Friday and we decided we were going to wait the holiday weekend out and call someone in the next week. After cooking all Saturday it was discovered that the water from the dishwasher upstairs had backed up into the basement shower! Caught in time for us to wet-vac it out, a call was made to Roto-Rooter.

We were told at 4:30pm on Saturday of Easter weekend that someone would be out by 7:30pm that night. Ha! Jeff Vaughn was there within 45 minutes and was so friendly and thorough that he had us smiling at our mini-disaster within minutes. Jeff was quick to asses the situation and complete in looking at what we could and could not do with our older plumbing to avoid another such issue in the future. He fixed the plumbing issue and was so pleasant. We never once felt like we had intruded on his holiday weekend at all.

Roto-Rooter is lucky to have a hard worker like Jeff Vaughn! We received excellent customer service that was prompt, we were not over charged for a weekend visit, in fact a coupon was even honored, and the service friendly and complete.

Quick repair done right !. I had a water main break in my home and within 1 hour found the local Roto-Rooter tech at my door. John was able to provide us a estimate after carefully reviewing the damage and checking the pipes throughout the house. Not only was i impressed on the quality and timeliness of work, but he took the time to both explain the repair process, and offered very helpfull tips on conserving water and appliance settings.

Roto-Rooter Raleigh - William Rocks. This is the second time I have used Roto-Rooter and I have been very pleased with their prompt scheduling and timely arrival. William is very professional and knowledgable and I have been impressed with his courteousness. He's always on-time and is able to provide a quick estimate and repair.

roto-rooter plumbers - 3/22/12. We needed to replace the garbage disposal which had broken a few weeks ago. John came and had the disposal put in fairly quickly. He also went over various plumbing items and ideas to save us $. He did a very nice job, very professional. I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for plumbing work.
