This is our 5th professional move and ABSOLUTELY the easiest, least hassle and the best people we have ever had the privilege to work with. Communication was easy beginning with Jeremiah doing estimate, to our personal rep. Natalie, to the truck driver Wilson and his son. Every call was answered and each concern addressed. All encounters were handled with courtesy. The level of care for our property can only reflect the company's true respect for its customers. We had only 3 damages to claim; nothing lost, nothing destroyed. A remarkable achievement, given previous experiences with different companies. I say, "If ya gotta move, go with the best!" Allied Excel fits the bill!

Fantastic Service! Allied Excel moved us from North Carolina to Virginia. The packers were quick and careful and the movers were pleasant and professional. We would hire them again in a heart beat. No need to shop around - they are the best.

Excel was fantastic during my move from Chapel Hill to Charlotte in early June of this year. They were incredibly easy to work with (from setting up the pick-up and move dates to pricing and flexibility in packaging), they arrived at both my old and current residences on time, and were extremely careful with my valuables (and items that weren't so valuable). Excel quoted me a lower price than competitors and offered same-day service, which no other company was able to promise/commit to. There were no unnecessary or hidden charges. The moving team was very respectful of the cleanliness of both locations and made sure to not track in dirt. I highly recommend Excel, especially for same-day moves, and plan to use them again in the future.

BEST SERVICE. We moved from Chapel Hill to NY on November 30,2011.

Chose Allied for the 2nd time in 4 years for a major move. The first time the crew was difficult but everything got there in good condition so I decided to use them again and hope for a good crew. .

Dennis and his crew were great from the moment they arrived They worked all day with no complaints. They packed carefully and took excellent care of everything.They left no marks on the home we were leaving nor on the one we were moving into. Absolutely no breakage.

I found everyone I dealt with in the company to be honest, helpful and pleasant.. The final bill was less than quoted.

I strongly recommend Excel.

Outstanding Service!. Outstanding service! This was our fourth move...given our jobs, we are on assignments and have our apartment furniture ready to move. Our first move with Excel was in 2006 from Raleigh to Baltimore. The experience was so exceptional that we have called them all of our moves...New Orleans..to and from and Wausau, Wisconsin. They are on speed dial. Tremendous care and attention with wrapping and moving our furnishings. More importantly, extreme care of the homes we are moving in and out of! From beginning of the process to the end, the entire staff is professional and proficient. AND they met all the agreed upon delivery dates! They even beat us back to Raleigh from New Orleans! Thanks so much.

moving two times. My mother passed away and we had to move everything from her house to mine and my sisters, split. Then I moved from the home I was renting about a month later. I hired Allied again for that move. I had different crews each time but both were pleasant. They guys didn't say much if they broke anything and they gave me disclosures about breakage with no time to review or expertise in what paperwork I was signing. A few things broke but that is to be expected somewhat. They were good people and it wasn't do to outright carelessness to all in all am pleased with the moves I have had. I would suggest that anyone get a good idea of the valuable that may have got broken before signing away your rights to be reimbursed. And I would say that none of my most valuable heirloom furniture was given a scratch.

Move from NC to VA. I moved from NC to VA and move was stress free. I got a guaranteed quote for packing and moving. I even had to reschedule my move for a week later due to housing issues in VA - they did it no problem and no change in price. The guys who packed my stuff were great and were done quickly. Only issue I had was dinig room table base was broken - they sent out furniture repair people to look at and give me options to repair or replace on their dime. Still waiting on check for that tho. I would definitelty recommend them for moves.

Happy I Chose Allied Excel Moving and Storage. Smooth process from beginning to end. Everything went just as described and promised. And, to make it even better, the driver arrived at my new location on the early side of the possible delivery dates. Crews on both ends were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Excel.

Definitely Recommend. I would definitely recommend Excel Moving and Storage to anyone moving from the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. I searched for Triangle moving companies, and their reputation earned the highest rating by far. They gave an estimate that was half that of 2 Guys and a Truck. Their moving coordinator was even able to move the date of my move up, and called me in advance to arrange the date change. Since I was starting an new job upon arrival, I was very pleased with the news. The movers were efficient and professional. Although I would have preferred morning pickup and drop off, they worked quickly to dismantle my old apartment, and were equally speedy putting furniture back together in my new one. They took incredible care of my belongings, wrapping heavily used, scratch n dent items to prevent any additional wear and tear. Everything arrived at my new home in one piece. I have spent my whole life moving, and these movers definitely earned highest marks!
