Poor Service!.
A few months ago I called Fowler out to service my hvac. The unit kept kicking off and would stay off for hours. When they arrived it was a hot day and the attic (where the unit is located) was really hot. The technician went up, complained about the heat and came right back down without testing anything. Instead he decided to clean the coils on the outside unit. We paid $150 for the service call and cleaning.
It didn't take long for the a/c unit to start acting up again.
We had to call out another HVAC company to locate the problem. It took them 5 minutes to determine that an electrical switch had gone bad. It works perfectly now! I would not use or recommend Fowler HVAC!
