Amazing work and very honest!. We interviewed 3 companies before starting our backyard project which inclueded a wall, patio and fireplace. Jimmy came out (was the only contractor on time) met with my husband and I and took our ideas and came up with an amazing design and was very honest with us about some of our ideas not being the best. His crew was very polite and kept our site very clean through the process. We could not be more thrilled with our new backyard and even though JT's was the highest price we definatly got what we paid for. Only bad news is after agreeing on the project we had to wait 4 weeks for them to be on site, they did show up on the scheduled date and did not skip a day while they were on our project (took 5 days).…
beware this service. I have used JT since last Fall. I have found that they sell you a contract then try to upsell you "necessary extra treatments". The final straw was when the manager came to my site today to look at a mailbox at my neighbor's house that his tech had distroyed during a regular visit to my house. The manager took the time to walk my yard and tell me multiple times that I or a neighbor must have sprayed my yard with Round up to get the dead areas that I have. After I assured him that I did not spray anything, he continued to lay the blame on me and Round Up. If you want a company that takes the blame when they make mistakes, then I recommend you look elsewhere. I canceled my service and ask his to leave my property.…
