I had a terrible experience from beginning to end! It was quite difficult to schedule my cleaning. Once scheduled I emailed details as they requested. They had three hours to clean my clutter free and frequently cleaned home. I could barely tell that a cleaner had been there! When I told emailed to express my dissatifaction I was basically told they could not control what the cleaners did.

Terrible business. Unprofessional. No responsibility.

Really happy with their Personal Assisting Services. The staff is VERY professional and have helped me get more time back into my day. I love not having to worry about the laundry! Jen is the perfect fit for my home and I reccommend her frequently!

JOB WELL DONE LADIES! Thanks for bringing such a valuble service to the Triangle!

Horrible, Unprofessional Cleaning Service. I paid for a 2 hour cleaning session of my small house. For starters, they were rude on the phone. Just not polite at all; almost as if I was troubling them or asking them to do an unreasonable favor-- uh, hello! I'm giving you business!

When the lady did come to clean, she started in our living room and I left to go run some errands. When I came back an hour later, she had only finished the living room and was in the adjacent room, the kitchen. After the two hours, she had only completed those two rooms and the hallway. Like I said, we do not have a large house, but she did not even finish half of the rooms upstairs and did not even get to venture downstairs to clean.

So maybe you're thinking the quality of the cleaning must have been very thorough? NO! I found dust bunnies under the couches in the living room and it appeared that she hadn't even wiped down the stovetop or microwave door in the kitchen-- among other things that she missed, those are just examples.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Beware. I purchased 2 cleanings through zspotlight hoping to build a relationship for future cleanings. I called at the end of July to schedule a cleaning in August and I was told to call back in a week. I called back the following week to schedule a cleaning and was told they were booked. Luckily I was called a couple of days later and they scheduled me for a morning (8-9 a.m. arrival) cleaning. I asked for that because I have a toddler who naps in the afternoon. Unfortunately, no one came so I called the office at 9:15 and was told that someone would call me back in 15 min which no one did. I called back and they put me through to Sara and Sara said that someone called me last week to reschedule which was untrue. Then I was told that the lady who was suppose to clean my house was sick but someone would be here between 12 and 1 that afternoon and, of course, no one showed. I called the office at 2:20 and Sara called me back and said the lady just arrived at the house which was true. Needless to say Sara and I got into a shouting match over the phone. This company is very unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'll be surprised if they stay in business.
