have to agree that Jennifer is really good!. I like that she takes time with you and really listens to your concerns. She doesn't talk down to you. Everyone needs to feel comfortable with their doctor. Would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone.

RUDE at Riverbend. There is one receptionist that works at the appts. desk at Riverbend that is extremely rude! She is always rude - just this one person. It is amazing how one person can affect an entire office. Everytime I have tried to get an appt. through this person she has cut me off, has no compassion, CLEARLY lets you know that there is no appt. available, IS NOT willing to work with you or rearrange in the midst of an emergency. She offers no help or suggestions to try and call back to reschedule in case someone cancels. She would last in my office for 5 minutes. I am NOT the first person to complain about her or will I be the LAST! I am a NC native and this IS NOT "Southern Hospitality" at all. She needs to find another job. She is CLEARLY not in a position that fits her personality.

Need a good Family Practice provider??. Jennifer is a wonderful, caring, intelligent person as well as a physician. She is always willing to go beyond to help her patients, learning new things, and even searching on line for ways to help her patients. She has been my provider for several years and I will follow her wherever she goes.
