Rude and unwelcoming

I paid $105 consult fee for the dentist to tell me she could not assist me. I spent a total of 30 mins waiting and no more then 5 minutes with the dentist. I found her to be very cold and uninterested. Of course I was still required to pay $105 even though she claimed she could not offer me any services. I had such a bad experience I waited a couple months and went to a different cosmetic dentist in Cary for a second opinion. The experience was completely different. The experience at the new dentist was great, she spent alot of time with me and we talked about many options. I would definitely avoid Bobbi Stanley, unless maybe you are a celebrity then Im sure she'll be nice to you!!! I cant believe shes trying to get voted best dentist in Cary!
