Salon 116 Raleigh NC. I chose to use a stylist at this salon because one of my girlfriends said she loved it. I though maybe there was some hidden talent there .....boy was I wrong. I told the stylist I wanted an inch cut off the ends because I was trying to grow my hair out. Well I walked out with the same cut as every stylist in the salon with a good four inches chopped off. It makes me furious because you're trusting a stylist with your looks and it is very important to listen to what they actually want considering it isn't fixable!

Great customer service, friendly staff 5 star rating !!. My wife,myself and several of her friends have used the services of Salon 116 north for several years now. I have always found them to be fast, efficient, courteous, and offer a great style or coloring job. As with any really good stylists, I would recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance if possible.

The styles I have received there have been better, and lasted longer than cuts I have received at other places in Raleigh.

I would highly recommend their services.

Wonderful Experience!!!. Unlike the previous review, I found it very easy to get an evening appointment. As a matter of fact, there were several stylist working after 9pm! It is a very lovely salon and the ladies there seem to have a wonderful working atmosphere with each other and their clients....I can not wait for my next color appointment. A hidden treasure!!!

IT HAPPENED AGAIN. This time, the stylist brought a relative in with her. She spent more time talking to the relative than she did to me. In my mind, the time the stylist spends cutting/styling my hair should be devoted to ME and not to whatever friend or relative she happens to bring in with her that day. The stylist was also ten minutes late AGAIN. I will NOT return. In addition to being rude, the stylist does not seem to be able to give the same haircut or highlights twice.
