Reply to Mr. BLS714. I hate it when someone hides behind anonymous comments Mr. BLS714, for it shows cowardice.

I happen to know who you are but since you could not find the courage to let everybody know who you are and afraid to tell the whole truth and so not to embarrass you I will keep your name out of this. But I do have a few questions for you. I noticed that you did not mention that what you purchased was actually Ashley not a knock off as you stated. Lift up the seat cushion and check it out or just look at the tag that came on your furniture. Also, once it was realized that your furniture might be late you were kept informed weekly on the status that Ashley gave on your order. To top it off you came back to purchase more furniture (Remember that 54 inch round glass you wanted for your wood table top) and that you were given a rebate because it did take so long for your furniture to come in. I understad that we can't make everybody happy but if you are going to make comments please tell all the facts or at lest be fair.

Godd Service. This has been the second time I have brought furniture from Sofas & Seats and have found them to be very helpful. The first time I worked with Brian back in 2001and this last time I worked with Paul and Dave. Both went out of their way to make my experience as good as the first time. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have been very happy also. Great prices and service.

Sofa?s and Seats,, Stay away!!!. I?ve had a very unpleasant experience with Sofa & Seats on Capital Blvd. My wife and I ordered a dining room set and leather sofa seat and chair late Mar 08. Oddly, the furniture is identical to Ashley Furniture but not the price LOL. We were promised a delivery of 3 to 5 weeks. It is now 7 July 2008. We have yet to receive our furniture or secured a delivery date. The salesman (Kent) has been very rude and sarcastic about the situation. I don?t recommend this store to anyone. There is other stores in the Triangle area that can purchase furniture identical to Ashley for the same discounted price. End result will be taking S&S to small claims court to have my money refunded.

Good Selection!. They had things that you will not find in most furniture stores, with great prices! Even gave me a discount on the end tables that I purchased off the showroom floor. Took my Mother in a couple of weeks later (as she loved my tables) and she purchased a dining set in addition to a cocktail table with matching end tables! Again, get service in the store and with the delivery as well. We will definitely go back for our next purchase

Great Savings!. Went in to buy a sofa...ordered what I wanted in the style and color instead of having to buy a floor model! Saved enough money to also buy a dining set! Sofa was made and delivered in 2 weeks, and though they had to order the dining table, I did not get charged but once for delivery (even though there were 2 deliveries due to dining set coming from another mfg)! I highly recommend checking them out! Great customer service and shopping experience all the way around!

poor customer service. This is a company with no service. Our 4 piece sofa is falling apart. We also have an extended warrenty. When you have a problem you have to go to the warrenty company who take forever to get back to you. Why is the company who I purchased the sofa from not responsible to get this corrected. I was authorized to replace one piece of the sofa in May then the other three in july this is Aug and nothing is done. Everyone points to the other.

Horrible customer service!!!. Purchased some furniture and had it delivered back in February. Delivery company put a hole in the wall of my brand new home. After going round and round with Sofa & Seats and the delivery Co, each one pointed a finger at the other. Finally resolved with a call to Sofa & Seats management who said I had no proof that they were responsible. They left me holding the bill for repairs along with the $50 delivery charge. Don't trust these people!!!!!
