Leith Honda Rocks!!!!!!. On my recent car purchase from Leith Honda I was impressed with Nahru William who guided me out of a Honda civic into a Honda CRV and I love it. My 85 year old mom can ride easily and in a lot of comfort. Throughout the application process Nahru was there to make sure it was smooth. I have never bought a car so quickly before and I have never been more satisfied with the process. Five stars for the whole Leith team.

Absolutely terrible service. Brought a new (5000 miles) Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the condenser because of me, denied warranty and asked for $650. After I declined, they still charged me $100 for "service". I am convinced that they sold me a broken car and then tried to make more money.

Nahru Williams did a wonderful job in the process of helping me find the right car for me. He made sure that he listened to me and my lifestyle. He took everything that I said to make sure that I got the car I needed. He treated me like a friend not a client. Thanks Nahru. You will see me again.

I had a great experience while shopping for new transportation. My Sales Associate was Marvin Camper and he was very helpful in my search. When I first considered purchasing a new vehicle, I was set on purchasing a Kia Sorento. However, Mr. Camper had me do a comparison of the Kia to the Honda CR-V and I was impressed.

He highlighted all of the features when I went for my test drive and was very patient. He was also polite and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Neil Jones assisted us and was easy to work with. Everything was explained and there wasn't a lot of waiting around. I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle because of the amount I still owed on my car but he didn't try to convince me to agree to an outrageous payment I couldn't afford. Not pushy or aggressive at all.

Jesus Villeta & Leith Honda are a WINNING TEAM!!!. We have always been happy with Leith Honda in Raleigh. Every new car we have ever purchased has come from Leith. Our recent experience was enjoyable as always - the dealership was clean and comfortable.

April 26 we drove onto the lot to 'just take a look around.' We were immediately greeted by Jesus (sounds like "Hay Soos") Villeta. This young salesman has all of the stellar qualities you could want in a sales professional. Jesus answered all of our questions courteously and professionally. (I'm an old granny but I'd be proud of him if he was my grandson! And there aren't a lot of young men about whom I could say that!)

Jesus did not try to 'up-sell' us or mislead us in any way. He allowed us time to look at everything we wanted to see, since we had gone in 'just to take a look around.' Jesus allowed BOTH of us to test drive the 2012 Accord. By the way, it is an absolute dream. We did not experience any of the 'back to my manager - back to you - back to my manager...' headaches! Jesus & Leith Honda gave us a VERY good deal and provided excellent financing.

Great Service, Great Vehicle, Great Price. We recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from Leith Honda. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our salesman was Doug and he was fantastic. The dealership was clean, comfortable and child-friendly. They even had an expresso machine that was delightful! Leith Honda gave a great price for our trade-in, we worked together to get a good price but it was NOT the typical run-around and haggling that you would expect at a dealership. My husband and I left very happy with a vehicle that was good for us and our children. The Honda Pilot is unbelievable! My husband is 6'4, we have 2 little ones in car seats and we have PLENTY of space. The bells and whistles are amazing, it more than exceeded our expectations.

Leith Honda Negligent and Major Safety Issues. I had to have my back passenger door handle replaced on my Honda Accord. DO NOT ASSUME that Leith Honda will refasten/relatch your child car seats after taking them out, EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE THEY PUT THE CAR SEATS back IN THE SAME POSITION!! Both my children could have had serious injuries due to Leith's neglegance. I have two car seats in the back of the car, one infant seat holder for my 10 month old and one larger front facing seat for my 3 year old. After picking up my car from Leith Honda, I picked up my kids from daycare and put them in the back in their car seats (which were in the EXACT same position they always were. As soon as I got to the first stoplight and stopped, my 3 year old's went flying forward headfirst into my seat. She was startled and upset that her seat was moving. When I pulled over to the side of the road so my husband and I could inspect the carseat closer, I noticed upon closer inspection that the car seat had not been hooked back up again. My husband fixed this immediately. I had then asked him to check the infant car seat base holder as well. Even though the other back passenger door did not need to be fixed and I felt there would have been no need for Leith to take out the baby car seat, I am SO glad that I asked my husband to check. Again, Leith took out the baby carseat base and just put it back in the same postion WITHOUT readjusting the proper straps. We immediately went back to Leith Honda and talked with one of the service supervisors. The service advisor told us it is not their policy to relatch the car seats. My point to them was that NOONE told me (either verbally or in writing) that Leith does not put car seats back to their original LATCHED position. However, the service advisor from Leith told me verbally and in writing about all the non-essential repairs that they feel my car needs and that I did not ask for, yet they can't put down in writing or verbally tell me that they only put the car seats back in place but DO NOT reattach them. I told the service manager this is the type of neglegance that can cause fatal accidents. I told him that they need to have a policy to TELL PEOPLE that they do not rehook the car seat and not just put the car seat back in the same position without rehooking the seat. The average person would not look that closely since by "appearances" both seats were in their normal position. All I got back was that they would take my advice under consideration. I have no issues if they don't want to put the car seat back, but TELL THE CUSTOMER verbally and in writing. Don't just put the car seats in their original position without rehooking them and not tell anyone. I can not tell you how much my husband and I were P***** off at them. This is our kids safety we are talking about. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone since it is clear they take 0% of accountability and are not willing to work on improving their process. Even after talking with the General Manager, Todd Holmes, regarding this safety issue, Leith to this day refuses to change their policy. Leith Honda WILL NOT commit to notifying parents in writing and verbally telling them that they take out the car seats but only place them back into position WITHOUT attaching them. Leith does not care about the safety of your kids. If you take your car into Leith Honda you are putting your children's life at risk. It makes me wonder what other safety related issues they have that the consumer does not know about.

Best salesmen ever!!!!. My husband and I recently visited Leith Honda in search of the right SUV. We dealt with Nahru Williams. Right away, we recognized that Nahru had unlimited expertise with the SUV we were interested in. Jessie was also very informative and very helpful. Nahru truly went the extra mile to ensure we were very satisfied with our purchase and that the vehicle was EXACTLY like we wanted it to be. Both Nahru and Jessie practiced perfection, which truly stood out as excellent salesmen. Even our finance guy was awesome!! Nahru was very patient and understanding. He genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy. We are beyond happy with our new Honda Pilot and are very thankful for Nahru and his professionalism and expertise. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle, Leith Honda will be the first place we visit and we'll ask for Nahru! Thanks Nahru!! What a great experience you made this for us!!! :)
