Alan Hillman and Alan Broughton are the BEST of the BEST!. I don't buy cars very often and since I am in the service industry myself, I can honestly say I am highly critical when it comes to outstanding customer service. I bought my last car from Crossroads Nissan when Alan Broughton was a salesman and he was phenominal. It was by far the best car buying experience for me. Now I was in need of another car so I shopped Nissan, Kia, Honda and Jeep. I had decided on the Kia Sportage. Since Alan was at another Leith dealership I gave him a call. Toyota was not even on my radar as a contender. Alan answered my questions and recommended that I look at the RAV4 just to see if I would like it and if not....no harm. Alan Broughton is now a Finance Manager but he put me in the more than capable hands of Alan Hillman who was fantastic! The RAV was great but a little too small so Alan Hillman and Alan Broughton worked their magic and got me into a Highlander. At any other dealership I would have bought a car that was too small and made a huge mistake. These two guys are an amazing team! They were very patient with me and gave me their full attention each time I was at the dealership. I am sure they could have sold twice as many cars in the time they took with my sale.

Thank you to Alan Boughton and Alan Hillman!! I would recommend both of these gentleman to anyone looking to buy a car. If you want to work with someone that is knowledgable, honest and professional then look no further.

Painless buying process. I knew exactly what I wanted, and sent emails to the various dealers in the area. BY FAR, the fastest response, and best price came from Craig Shatilla at Leith Toyota. Other dealers wanted me to come in to discuss options, discuss financing, etc. They didnt even read my email. Craig replied with the out the door price, fast, and got me exactly what I wanted, in the time frame that I needed it. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was painless, and I want to thank everyone over at Leith. I recommend you give them (and Craig especially) a chance for your business. My guess is that you wont be disappointed.

Service and Sales. I never before felt the need to write a review, but I was compelled to do so after researching and actually having service performed at Leith Toyota. I was greeted with a smile and during the time my vehicle was being serviced I was approached by more than 3 service reps asking if I needed assistance. I don't know what other customers expect but I really felt like these folks wanted me to be there. Place was busy, but friendly. Funny that the negative reviews I read never gave a name to get back to and have the situation resolved or corrected. I for one will be coming back. keep up the good work. Ms. BettyJ. Shop anywhere else. I was in the market for a mini-van and had chosen the Toyota Sienna. I was ready to buy that day but I could not get the salesperson (Rick) to give me a price. He said he would talk to his manager and call me that night. Well, he didn't call and didn't call and so finally I called him. He informed me that he had to get HIS car fixed and that it was very important that he do so and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't. So an hour later I called the dealership to talk to someone else. Then he called. When I asked for a price, he said he wouldn't give it over the phone and would I come in. At this point I became very angry. I stated that I had JUST BEEN in and he wouldn't give me the price then. It was an hour drive round trip and I wasn't about to make it again unless I was ready to sign the papers. I was about to lay down around $40K for a vehicle and I was ready to do so that night. All I wanted was a price. Any idiot would know to comparison shop when laying out that kind of money. He wouldn't do it, but put his manager on. This is where it really got fun.

Remember, I was a customer who wanted to buy their product and wanted to do it right then. And they STILL wouldn't give me a price! What kind of business won't tell you how much their product is?! At this point the manager starts to argue with me. Yes, argue. He tells me that he can't meet the prices of Toyota in Apex and that I've wasted everyone's time and how unfair it all is. Here I was trying to purchase a car and the manager is literally yelling at me and rather than give me a price, he is giving me his business woes. After being so rudely interrupted, yelled at and insulted, I hung up and went straight to Toyota of Apex. Not only did they beat the price, they were friendly, competent, and went out their way to get what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted, (the one that was already in stock at Leith) so they searched until they found it. I will wait a month to get it - they had to ship it directly from Japan- but I don't mind. I would rather do that and give them my loyal business than ever set foot in Leith Toyota again. If that is how they treat a potential customer, how on earth do you think they would treat you once they already have your money?
