Worst Leasing Dept Ever!. Bad customer service and very rude.
Excellent Service. Bought a 2004 LS430 last month. Great all around service, good price and no problems with the car so far. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car. Though, I wouldn't say the same for Johnson Lexus of Durham.
So Considerate. Fantastic experience here. Never been treated with more real respect and consideration. I love my IS and will come back when its time to get a new Lexus :)
Terrible Service. My husband and I went to look at a car and were given the usual run-around regarding price. The sales team spent the following day working out a deal with us and we finally agreed on a price. Unfortunately, the sales staff never took the time to ensure the car was being held for us. After work we went to go sign the paperwork and were informed the car had been sold that morning. We were given great excuses regarding the number of sales team members and the number of sales taking place at any given point point during the day but in the end, it comes down to bad business practices. The general manager did try and give us other options and was apologetic but the options provided were not comparable to the our first choice.
