I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Leith Lincoln and was very happy with the service. Carl Banks was awesome from start to finish and I truly feel like he cared about my wants when I vocalized them. My SUV is beautiful and I am very satisfied with how seamless my experience was. I will definitely be visiting them first the next time I am in the market. Thanks Carl and thanks Leith Lincoln.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Leith Lincoln and had a fantastic experience. I worked specifically with Robert (Jake) Helms and he made my car buying experience very enjoyable. He was more than happy to to assist me in this process in every way he possibly could and I will go back to him for future car buying needs. Very, very pleased!

Excellent Service. My husband and I recently purchased a MKX from Leith Lincoln. Our Sales Consultant, Henry Collazo was very professional and attentive to our concerns.

Marvin White and Brian Stevens also assisted us and were likewise professional. We recommend Leith Lincoln to others.

Bravo to an excellent group of professionals.

3-hour wait to find out they wouldn't take our check. We had a passable experience at Leith Lincoln. Decent salesperson and a good deal on the car we wanted. As far as those parts went, we had no complaints. Why one star? A finance officer that kept us waiting for three hours and an asinine company policy that discriminates against customers who don't use brick-and-mortar banks. Mind you, we had our financing in order: Pre-approved funds, plus our trade-in and a check from savings to cover the rest. That didn't stop the finance officer from taking three hours to tell us that they couldn't accept our check. We've used ING Direct for years and absolutely love them, but because the check wasn't stamped and certified by a bank down the road, the deal was put on hold. "Company policy." Well, Leith Lincoln, your company policy is antiquated, idiotic, and discriminatory against folks like us who prefer to manage money online. I can only hope some of those folks read this review before they bother having their time wasted like we did.

Swift, Excellent Service. I've purchased two vehicles from Leith Lincoln and have received excellent service. The salespeople are laid back and approachable. You don't feel like you are getting hustled. The mechanics are great as well. I used to go to Jiffy Lube for tune-ups. Not anymore. I take my car there. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle (doesn't have to be a Lincoln by the way) give them a try.

car dealerships. We have been dealing with Leith Lincoln for years and have always been treated with repect. Never have had a problem. We always go there before anywhere else. If they do not have what we are looking for they try to find it. Never disappointed and always get the best deals. We have always been encouraged to have the cars checked out and never has there been a descrepency between what they told us and what a mechanic has told us. We have bought used and new cars from them and have always been pleased

Avoid for used vehicles. We were all set to purchase a used vehicle from them; had been there several times, met a number of associates and test driven a specific vehicle. We had it checked out by a mechanic we trusted prior to purchase and it turned out had been damaged sevearly in a head-on collision. We let Lincoln know they wasted our time and theirs and we were back to square one. They did not comment at all about the condition of the vehicle. They obviously knew and had also had the vehicle checked out by their mechanic when they purchased it on trade-in.

I will never go there again.
