BEWARE!!. Anyone who wants to use this company beware!! I had the salesman come out and give me an estimate. The price seemed reasonable and he seemed knowledgeable so we signed a contract. When the workers came out to do the job they said it couldnt be done the way the salesman had discussed with us. I called and talked to the manager and all he was willing to do is come out and see what he though and then give me another estimate. I said no I already had a estimate. I filed a complaint with the BBB. When the company responded they flat out lied and tried to make me like I was at fault even though I had proof that their statements were not true. Beware!! They look and sound professional but they are not.

Terrific Repipe Job. Plumbing Express did a terrific job on the repipe of my home. They completed the repipe in one day and they would have finished the whole job in three if not for delays in the inspection.

The drywall & painting crew was terrific. When I saw the cuts in the wall, I was terrified about how the final restoration would look. It looks great. Throughout my house, they matched at least 5 different shades of colors and did no damage to the handpainting in my guest bathroom.

They finished in five days - I never went without water in any of my bathrooms or my kitchen. They were very clean (cutting that much drywall will kick up dust - I was surprised at how little dust was left behind.) There were no surprises - the quote was the final cost - and they even brought my hot water heater up to code.

This is the second home I've had repiped - Plumbing Express did a far superior job for a very competitive price. I recommend them very highly.

Extremely Disappointing. When you find yourself needing to replumb your entire home due to PBPipes, you're at one of the lowest points in your life. You do not need someone who makes empty promises and delivers nothing. They promised quality work in a week, I got a shabby job that took over a month. Plumbing Express cut the wires to my thermostat, stopped hotware flow to my washer, and took forever to get the job done. They finally addressed the problems to bare satisfaction, but I found it to be a dreadful experience. And cleaning up after these people takes weeks!

Don't waste your time!. I set up a plumbing appointment for the next day. They said they'd arrive

between 9-11AM. I called many times to verify and they said they'd be on time. By

12 PM they had still not arrived so I canceled my

appointment. By his attitude, the service manager couldn't have cared less.
