I recenty attended a show for a upcoming models, actors etc where David Carrol was the salon for hair. They did a horrible job! I saw nothing eye catching about any of the hair styles it looked as if little effort or no effort was put into presenting these aspiring models and actors hair design. I felt bad for them especially the African American clients.

So Douglas Carroll Salon was recommended to me by my sister, of course I called and made an appointment with Doug becuase she talks him up all the time. I have always had the worst luck with hair stylists but Doug has made me a believer! He did a wonderful job, I drove from out of town to have my hair done and I will definitely be a regular! Thanks Doug!

I highly recommend Theresa David if you are looking for a new stylist. I'm very particular about my hair and know when a cut is not quite right. I had been a regular customer of another high end salon but did not feel I was being listened to anymore. However, Theresa spent a LOT of time listening to me and gave me a beautiful cut that works well with my hair type which can be challenging (straight and fine). In fact, it is the best cut that I've had in a very, very long time. I'm glad that I decided to give her a try, it was a great decision and she definitely has a new client in me!

Michelle Tabbert is a wonderful stylist. She is excellent at listening to your needs and requests. She really understands hair and is great at recommending a style that makes you look your best and adds ease to your life. She is a very gifted colorist as well. When she first recommended highlights to me, I was very timid since I had had a bad experience in the past. I am so glad I listened to her though. It turned out so much better than I could have imagined. She is so experienced and talented. Since I have been seeing her for the past year, my hair has never looked better.

Love Douglas Carroll! He is a bit more expensive than the other stylists, and you should call way ahead to make an appt., but he is TOTALLY worth it!

He not only did a great color and cut with my hair, he also gave me some great style tips to take home with me! He was not arrogant, or superficial, pretty down to earth!

Bren has been doing my hair for over 2 years. He has me on a regular, VERY affordable schedule which keeps my hair under control. He has never been anything but professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He takes his job seriously and is very attentive to his clients wants and needs. I have never had any hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Bren is an awesome stylist. He encouraged me to go out of the box and switch up my style, and I love it! For my first professional color ever, I will never go back. I've been getting my hair cut by Bren Anderson for the last 6 months. His vision for his individual clientele and his attention to detail are unparalleled by any stylist I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He has helped me immensely to develop my style and image. Brenneman Anderson hands down is something I look forward to every 6 weeks. Brenneman has been doing my hair for over 2 years now. He is courteous & is patient enough to put up with my questions & nit picks. He's always is willing to go with a new whim I might want to try & insightful & kind enough to let me know if it won't work with my hair type or may be too stressful for my baby fine hair type. He also is extremely helpful in letting me know how to keep my hair color last as long as it can before the grays creep back :) unmatched service that is not to be rivaled anywhere in Raleigh!!
