Excellent hair styling experience with Mimi. I made an appointment at this Mitchells because the one at Stonehenge was booked. I was randomly assignmed to Mimi, a young lady originally from Thailand. I had a little trouble understanding her, but I took a picture with me of the type of short style that I wanted and she did a great job on it. It has also maintained its shape growing out and I have been very pleased with it. I have another appointment with her in a couple of weeks to freshen up the style for Christmas.

Beware. Stay away from this location.. Got my haircut at the Mitchell's on six forks for the third time. The girl didn't know what she was doing and ran her mouth the whole time. I think her name was jennifer. Had to get my haircut fixed elsewhere. Not going back anymore.

MARK AT TRIANGLE TOWN CENTER. I was recommended to go to Mark Anthony at Triangle Town Center, after my last haircut was horrible. He did an EXCELLENT job. My hair is not easy to deal manage, long and thick, but he did exactly what I asked and when I was unsure about a few things, he talked me through options and gave his knowledgeable opinion. I definitely would recommend him. He knows exactly what he is doing and you can tell he LOVES doing what he is. Haven't gotten such a well done haircut in such a long time. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

KELLY IS FABULOUS AT TRIANGLE TOWN CENTER. I had Kelly at Triangle Town Center and she did an amazing job on my wedding updo. I am sure she is also wonderful with color & cut.

Bad Hair Day. ='[[[[. Well. This afternoon i went to mitchells hairstyling in triangle town center.. I had a halo (partial highlights) done there and loved them.. but they grew out and i needed some work on my hair. So i go into to mitchells and ask if they have an appointment open for today.. and they told me it'll be 5 mins. which was great.. so i go back with jernille (i think that was her name).. i tell her i want my brown hair with highlights to be dyed a SOLID color of brown and she tells me that it wouldnt work and that the highlights would show through and id have to get it dyed twice.. soo i say well i guess you can just re-highlight my hair... so she touches up just the top(???).. and doesnt just highlight it all... and the top ends up being lighter than the ends so she ends up having to put a toner in it to "even out the color". Well it ends up where you can still see the very clear line of where my highlights have grown out and doesnt really look like she fixed it at all.. if thats not enough.. she then continues on to cut my hair.. i asked for a 2 inch trim and she gives me face framing layers that just look hippie-ish. and my bangs now suckkk. so to say the least today was not a very successful day at the salon.. Do Not go to jernille..... =-0

If you want a bad hair cut go ahead. When Mitchells use to own this company is was great. The new owner however is terrible not only are they cheap they work there employees to death!!! They stoped trainning classes for their employees. oh Yeah if you go to anyone less than a level 3 your going to get someone right out of hair school so all they know is roller sets and pin curls. So dont ask for a swoop bangs the will cut them straight across. This is just another Chain Salon who wants that.

Triangle Town Center, Raleigh. I recently moved to Raleigh, I went to the Mitchells at Triangle Town Center, Raleigh. Jenny was the stylist. I told her what I wanted, same style just trimmed. She began to ask how short I wanted the sides, how long did I want the back , how short did I want the top. I became concerned but thought it would be ok. Very wrong. I had three different hair cuts. I found another salon, waited two months, got it "fixed" and received a great haircut. Stay away from Jenny at Mitchells.

Love My Hair. I have naturally curly hair so, it can be hard to manage; especially on high humidity days. Alicia Wren cut my long, damaged, overweighted, hair and sent me home with a haircut that I absolutely LOVE! It's now layered and at a length just below my ears. It's super easy to manage and I get lots of compliments on it every day...I feel like a new woman proud to show off her locks!

They are the best!. Rana is the best. She saved my damaged hair with a great hair cut and did not give up on me until I was really happy with the results! She is the best!
