Best Facial, Manicure and Pedicure in Raleigh. I have read many of the reviews from the alleged "best of the Triangle". You are doing yourself a dis-service in not visiting Judith Underwood at the Nail and Body Shoppe. Her manicures and pedicures are outstanding in terms of quality and durability. She does the best facial anywhere, and I have been to many spas nationally and in Raleigh. I never have a problem with dry or uncomfortable skin right after the facial. Judith is a esthetician, uses Dermalogica products, and spends time talking to you about your skin before the facial service so that she uses products that will address any problems you have.
