Customer service at its best!.
John Grimes and his staff have been excellent in handling all of my insurance needs. Whenever I have a question regarding my policies and coverages, the staff has been very professional and prompt in answering all of my questions. Their customer service is outstanding and the new office is beautiful!
I highly recommend this agency to everyone! In fact, all of my family (and extended family) use this agency to handle all of there insurance needs!
