EXCEPTIONAL!. I do the ordering for our office and have the most interaction with this company. The only (small) problem we've ever had was our delivery driver being rude. However, after 1 phone call not only was the problem IMMEDIATELY corrected (new delivery man!), but we've had nothing but stellar service ever since. We have ALWAYS received exceptional phone service, next day delivery that works around our business hours, and price matching that can't be beat! We always try to support local business over chains, and Office Express has surpassed our expectations. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Rude. I was greeted discourteously as soon as I introduced myself. I represent a local non-profit organization and I was visiting area businesses to sign up for a local program. I was greeted discourteously as soon as I introduced myself. I spoke to an older gentleman who said he had a business to run and I had a lot of nerve assuming he had time to speak with me. He was extremely rude. I apologized and left however I visited their website and being that they are in a sales dependant business they could be a little more courteous. I guess you have to buy their politeness and worthiness.
