absoutely fabulous, give them a break, they are italian. okay, its not the most friendly place i've ever been, and they do yell and scream, but lord have mercy, the homemade bread alone is worth anybody cuzing me out any day of the week. on leadmine at sawmill. they are just from italy and really from italy. i do not think they get the orders right because they do not understand what you're saying. lol, i had the lasagna tonight and omg, unreal, cheesy and fresh ummmm. and the bread, these rolls that are pipping hot and covered in spices. omg. they have reduced prices and its a deal. remember the soup nazi on sienfield, well, its kinda like that, but if you want some great food and can take the attitude as a joke or part of the gig, you are going to absoutely love this crazy place. check your order before you leave, cuz they may have thought you ordered a sadrine encrusted fried chichen. but i'll tell you this, it will be as good as that could be. great food, and a whole nights entertainment, and laugh as youre cused out the door. love this place. hey, its hard out here, but food, value, and entertainment considered, 5 star.

Best quality of the triangle. Stella mare unique and serve best quality and freshiest food. Daily creative special dishes you miss. The staff eager to serve you with best customer service. Friendly customer service. The area appealing to every one who is looking for best food and friendly service. Live music week ends. you can enjoy and listen to Jazz and blues and sanatra music. Kids friendly menu and service. Large screen T.V. to watch sport games and various channels.

Bad, bad, bad customer service. After swearing not to go back because of lousy service on numerous occasions, I noticed they reopened after many mths, so I was hoping it was new ownership. Was I ever disappointed! Lunch special advertised in the window was $4.99, yet my total was $6.21. When I questioned the cashier/owner, she (the same one who didn't serve my drink years back) rudely said oh you want that and then my total went down to $5.44. She then asked if I had been there before. Great way to get repeat business. Pizza was so dried out that it tasted like it was made days before. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Vincent's for pizza instead.

I know who you are. You came with your hatered feeling because your negative racist and thoughts. The lady treated you equally like any other customers. The things you are ignorant about that restaurant serve the best quality and best dishes in the triangle with confidents.
If you do not have the money then buy one slice of pizza for 2.10 and each topping .50 cent . By the way you went happy and satisfied with what you got and you thank the lady for that.

Who do they think they are!!!!!!!!!!!. I went in to order a pizza and the owner started yelling at me because of the shirt I was wearing. The shirt I had on was my work shirt and he doesnt like that place. He continued yelling saying how he hates my workplace and everyone there and refused to serve me pizza. I have trouble understanding how a business owner could speak to someone like that who simply wanted to order a pizza. The place was closed for a year due to a sewage back up so if you want to be treated like poop and maybe even have a little on your pizza, have at it!!!!!!!

In order to understand stand the business owner who she/ he you should go your self and see how this business treated every one from different color or race with respect and equally. We came from high manner, high quality and respect humanity. We concern about our safety and my customer safety to be in healthy environment. So we close to clean up someone else miss. Some thing you are ignorant about. We still bringing the best of the best to my customers. The sewage came from the next door fload. peroid. When you talk with hate and jelousy about this busines and took it to the heart with hate, you better set home and not well come to stella mare.
This business always been with high score sanitation and the history of it tell that we had 102.00 and we are 99.5 grade what is your hsitoy sanitation. Any way we appreciate our customers and well come any one.

Stella Mare Ristorante & Pizzeria.
Great dinner in a very nice setting. The pasta dishes were delicious and the garlic knots were very tasty. The desserts were fantastic. We ate indoors and enjoyed the live music. It was so enjoyable and very relaxing. The outdoor seating area is very appealing and was being used tonight. We have enjoyed their pizzas and Mediterranean foods before and recommend them.
The staff and owner were very attentive.
Large menu selection, great food, great prices and music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

Sometimes... you just have to see for yourself!!. I happened to come across Stella Mare's restaurant on the internet (when I was looking for a good pizza restaurant- I really hate fast food places for pizza!) but I couldn't tell if this restaurant was good enough to visit ...or not! There was this one single bad review...and then, quite a few great ones, so I was skeptical about the negative one...I decided to go there in person, and see for myself. I was quite pleased that I checked it out personally, because if I would have passed it up from believing the bad review, I would have missed out on a fabulous experience!! ........Great service! The waitress was extremely pleasant and efficient and I made it a point to meet the owners, who were not anything like the bad review spoke of...(You can't get people any nicer than this!!) There was even great live entertainment to go with the superb food...in fact, I ended up getting more than just pizza, after I saw their great menu and low prices...I glad I went... and you will be too!! I recommend it for a wonderful experience.

Night Mare not Stella Mare. Remember Seinfeld's soup nazi - well this is Raleigh's pizza version. Great Pizza - if they get it right. I ordered a white pizza all garlic with half sausage & onion. They tried giving me a concoction with tomatoes, spinach and olives with half onion & sausage. The wife told me I did not know how to order a pizza, then treated me horribly for not wanting to pay for it. Other pizza establishments have no problem when I order a white pizza. In this place the owners are always right - customers be ready to have elevated blood pressure if you experience an ordering problem. The owner's wife openly argued with me about this in front of other customers and refused to make the order right. This is a decent pizza - the hassle that could happen should they make an ordering error makes this place not nearly worth the potential trouble.

Best under known place. Great pizza, as well as great pasta dishes. Since the remodeling the place really looks greats ! We are really impressed with what they have done with the dining room as well as the menu. Try the meditterianian dishes.One of the best low key places in North Raleigh !

Best Italian food around here.
Just don't go in there with your fat slothlike american attitude expecting a nasty "olive garden" canned food experience.
This is legit real as it gets italian food. Italy has nothing on it.
That 1 star review makes me laugh at those fools
