Falling in my ratings... Nothing makes it special. At this location, lack of close parking, high prices, bad service (Mike likes to chit chat) and today there were 4 people waiting while he yapped with a customer for 5 minutes while her daughter crawled all over the dirty floor. I went back to my office and mentioned it and someone said, "oh yeah, the guy that looks like....?" I said, "Mike" and they replied, "yep." Looks like after all of these years they are losing their competitive edge to Starbucks and might I add that Jason's Deli and Fresh Market (right around the corner) are WAY better in product, service and price!
Rude customer service!!.
This morning I ordered eleven breakfast sandwiches ahead of time. When I got there I went ahead and went to the cash register to pick it up. I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone recognizing I was there. Everytime they got through with someone they would go to the next person to see what they wanted to order and then make theirs and then ring them up. I finally spoke up and said " Excuse me sir, I called in an order to go". A lady that worked there, spoke up and said, "Well you can see there is only one line". I simply told her that is fine, I was the one who had called in 11 bagel sandwiches, but that she could keep them - I had to get to work. After hearing that she was about to lose the big order, she told the guy to go ahead and ring me up, but I told her not to bother, I needed to get to work.
What rude people. One, not even acknowledging I was there or that they would be with me in a min. Two, speaking to me very rudely when I spoke to them. I will never patronize the place again and advise you not to if you are looking for a pleasant experience.
