JERKY MANAGER. This store has the worst management of any TJMaxx I have ever been to in my life. I had a huge problem with the layaway program. They returned all of my merchandise to the floor and the manager, James, could not understand my frustration or made no effort to help. He also called me a b*^%, according to another customer, as I left! Great clothes...HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY JAMES!!!!!
