Terrible Service. Technician was over 3 hours later for appt; no one called to notify me about the delay. The technician was nice and I think the work was ok but these guys are way more expensive than Roto-Rooter.

Worst emergency service ever!. No one in an emergency situation should ever call Mr Rooter. The work is ok when the guys finally gets there - but that may be the next day practically - as it was for me as the guy came 12 hours late!!

The dispatchers claim the technicians have no phones and there is no way to get in touch with them - then they told me the guy would take 1 hour, then when i called, I was told he would take another hour, then when I called I was told he was on the way - he finally showed up another hour after that - and this is when I am in Manhattan where distances are not that great.

There was a problem with the same leak the next day - I called them again as it was a Sat evening and no other plumber was around and the guy took 10 hours to come. It reached a point where the dispatcher even stopped answering my calls!

They are rude, unhelpful and extremely unhelpful!

Bad Service. I called this company to have some pipes repaired in my home. They took down my info and said they would call back to schedule an appointment that afternoon. I never heard back from them. If your time is valuable I would suggest avoiding this company.
