Every time I go with a plant health question the man in the in the store is great. His help has saved a few of my plants and and the rest are growing fast as I now understand how and when to fertilize them

Incredibly rude manager

I used to love shopping at this nursery center as the selection is amazing and the quality is great. However, there is a manager named Dennis who is always incredibly rude to customers. My last visit I was trying to find a different w e e d killer for my lawn. When I had asked about a certain brand (I had the bag in my hand), Dennis literally pulled the bag out of my hand, threw it on the shelf and said "you dont want that."

There's more but the point is this man is very rude and this is NOT the first time. This used to be an amazing place to shop when Bill and Peggy ran it. It's now full of teenagers who know nothing about the products. Not to mention the rude manager!

'I have seen him bark at other customers and heard them complain as well. He is running customers off!

Get rid of this guy and you may have a lucrative business again. Until you do I will certainly not be back.
