A Triangle mainstay, the name "Brigs" is synonymous with "breakfast." Everyone from business execs to busy moms stop by for deliciously unique omelets (the Omelet of the Week proves a popular choice), but the salad-and-sandwich lunch menu entices crowds, as well. You won't find a fancy atmosphere here-the roomy tables are more casual than chic-but what the restaurant lacks in ambience it makes up for in friendly service and tasty meals.

- Even though Brigs constantly updates its selections, it also likes to bring back old favorites. Don't be shy to ask for something even if it's not on the menu.

Just the best a place for perfect weekend morning, their waffles, coffee and I am happy. Very clean and service is very good...Get there early on weekends.

Brigs, is by far the best breakfast restaurant in town! There pancakes make IHop pancakes look like, Fisher Price my first pancakes! There is no comparison.

Great, Great, Great!

I felt very compelled to write this comment since I almost did not try this Brigs out (due to the person who has repeatedly written negative comments). Honestly, if you are looking for a great meal and want to a large menu to choose from Brigs is a fantastic choice!! My brother just took me out to brunch for my birthday, we had a great time and we were both very happy with our meal and the service (I must say as a self proclaimed foodie I am not the easiest to please).
- Pros: extensive menu, comfortable atmosphere, pleasant staff, prom
- Cons: none that I can think of.

The huge menu, the fact you can get breakfast all day, and the great tasting food and portions. Lots of choices for side dishes also.
- Pros: Many choices of omelets, all very good; great BLTC too.
- Cons: Can be very busy on Sat. and Sun. for breakfast and brunch
