I dont understand why this doctor has anything but a five star rating, Dr. Sam is everything you could ask for in a family doctor. She knows what she's talking about, recommends outstanding prescriptions, and makes me feel completely comfortable. Such a caring doctor who deserves five stars! :-)

Normally going to the doctors is not my favorite part of the day, but when i see Dr. Sam Ismail its a different story. The visit was enjoyed , her style is especially admired, the treatment is top notch, her company is what every patient deserves!

Good doctor, HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. I visited Dr. Ismail about two years ago and was impressed by her. She wanted to treat causes, not symptoms, and even though I went in for a cold, she talked to me about my overall health.

I've been trying to make an appointment here for the past two weeks and have had nothing but trouble with the gal who sets appointments. She is rude, bossy, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had questions about my insurance policy and instead of trying to problem solve with me, she pretty much told me to go to an urgent care facility.

While I'd like to see Dr. Ismail again, it's not worth the time I've spent trying to make an appointment. I hate that she'll be losing my business, but the appointment setter has truly left me wanting for an overall pleasant experience.

Nice Doctors and PA's...Sub Par Facilities and Follow Ups. I have to add to this review as I noticed the same theme of the quality over the past 2 years.

I have had this doctor for over 2 years to include Doctor Ismail, Doctor Blaloch; and also another PA that I have seen. They are all nice and I have enjoyed their professionalism when visiting.

The main problem is the follow ups are horrible...and I think both the staff in front as well as the doctors and their PA's have to work on that...To me it seems like the people in front are just there to get their hourly pay and just be there...this is similar tp many city and gov't workers who don't put effort in their work because they get "so so" alaries and know they don't have to put effort because they are not being critically evaluated on their performance on a day to day basis.

My dentist that I go to in North Raleigh they are great from the front desk to the doctors...and that is because they all make sure everyone is doing their job. That is what this place is lacking.

The facilities don't bother me as much but I can imagine no one wants to go into a private practice that does not make much effort to keep up appearance. This is also true, knowing they are getting paid just like other private practices and have big cars and houses to show for it.

unhappy. This is one of the worse offices ever. I had a hard time getting my lab results. There front desk staff is rude. The office was dirty. There seemed to be alot of office tension. The PA was great but her assistant sucked. She gave me an injection that hurt liked hell. It asked her wher did she get her MA license and she was only a CNA. Is she even to be given shot? NO, little did she know I am a LPN. I should report her. The office manger is so stupid she was like " I don't know" with this stupid look on her face when I asked her about the situation. This is my last visit. Good Luck!
