WILL NOT STOP TILL YOUR SATISFIED!

These guys will work until the job is done. i had a convergence issue with my big screen tv, these gentlemen quoted a price over the phone, came the next day and fixed the problem. If we weren't already big enough fans, when a DIFFERENT problem surfaced seemingly related, they came back out for FREE extremely fast and approached the new problem. when THAT part was faulty, they ordered the new part from the factory at NO ADDITIONAL COST! these guys will tell you they just want to make sure the customer is satisfied and i really trust that it is the truth. I highly recommend them, it is so hard to find service like this, oak park electronics is a true rarity.

They were there on time. Very reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. We thought it might cost a fortune and therefore would have just paid for the diagnostics and finished it there. They were so pleasant and the price was so fair, I would not hesitate to call them again. The TV works like new. Thank you

I called this company at 1:30 and by 4:30 my TV was fixed and working better than ever. I think that speaks for itself. Oh, and the technician took the time to look at another minor problem we are having with another TV as well.
