In Short – This eatery walks the line between being a kid-friendly family joint and a nice Mexican restaurant. It's decorated like a street scene from a Clint Eastwood western, complete with a strolling mariachi band, straw-hatted waiters, fake tin-roofed buildings and Spanish graffitti. The menu expands upon tacos and burritos with seafood dishes and specialties such as cassava and fried plantains. It also offers a full bar.

Bad Food, nothing special

I went with my wife to DT expecting real mexican cousin, but we found a better served taco bell kind food, poor quality, small amounts, bad taste, NOT MEXICAN, real enchiladas are VERY different. Never visit again

Great Food, Great Margarita's

We went to this restaurant and was completely blown away by it!!.. Once you step inside you forget you are in Raleigh, I dont know how they come up with the decor but it is very cool.. We did have to wait for our table but I guess that just shows how popular this place is.. We got our 'Gold' margaritas and sat outside and waited for them to call on us, we were given a toy instead of taking our name, just another unique and cool thing about this place..
Once we did get to our table, the server was very friendly, she told us about the menu and the special then gave us adequate time to relax.. I got the Steak Tacos which had been highly recommended to me by a friend, they were SO right!.. If you go you HAVE to get them!.. Have read some of the other comments, i agree it is not cheap but then again, if it was I very much doubt it would be anywhere nearly as good as it is..
Overall i would say you MUST go and check it out..

- Cons: Waiting time, but worth it
