Mmmm, Good!. This place is delicious! Their hummus and tabouleh is very fresh and wakes up your tastebuds. Their pitas are hot and fresh. There is nothing here that is not good. The line is long around lunch time, but worth the wait!

The Best Grill in Town. I absolutely love Hectors! Even though it's just part of the food court at the mall - I consider it one of the best places to eat in the Triangle. The ingredients are always fresh - the pita is out of this world. I recommend both the Chicken & Cheese Pita as well as the Mediterranean Platter (tabouleh, hummus, falafel, and grape leaves). The fries are also great. It is more expensive than the other restaurants in the food court but it's worth it!
