A Joke. I went expecting the service that I heard about in other reviews. My experience was horrible. They attempted to install a Control 4 system. Left system installed improperly and offered no definite answer as to when they would return. To much frustration to discuss here. Just beware.

Just What I Needed!. Not what you would expect from the outside of the building-- walk inside and you will be amazed. Their showroom has some splendid home theater setups as well as some systems that make home life better-- like turning all of the lights on at once from a touch panel. The sales staff was knowledgable and not pushy. I consider myself more the audiophile, but they were great in answering some of my wife's questions (she now understands my arguments on why we need a "good" sound system and how there's more to life than Bose). I told them what I was looking for and they made some great suggestions. The install staff was also very efficient. We are new to the area and will go back to Audio Advice for our next project ...

the best in the Raleigh area. A friend recommended Audio Advice for speakers and a new Integra receiver for our great room. I feel like we received a lot of attention so that we could make the right decision. We're changing out our flat screen soon and we'll be back to visit Audio Advice.

Quality Products, Staff and Service!. We used Audio Advice for our home theater system install. We could not be happier with the products and the final product. We also have some built in plasma tv?s wired and installed. The staff helped us narrow down and select from various products at the planning stage as we visited the showroom and demo?d various makes and brands first hand. Being able to see and hear several different finished theatres they have to display really shows you what the products can actually do for you before you buy. The service and quality in their work was impeccable. They helped come up with a nice selection of products that provide outstanding results that fit our budget. The install team was efficient, friendly and clean which the wife really appreciated. Watching movies is such a special event now for the family and friends. And HD football?forget about it!

Great in-home service. I had my rear-projection HDTV tuned up by Audio Advice (Gary) and he did a super job. He cleaned and calibrated the set, and it's actually even better than when it was new (now the colors are all accurate).
