Bricks, not Clicks – This retailer is simply terrific. The very knowledgeable staff provides expert guidance. They back that up with a lot of work providing the products to try.
On top the premium customer experience, the prices are very competitive. In fact, my boots were less here than at any of the manufacturers online resellers.
Today I am wearing some of the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned, and my fist pair of western boots. Lucchese boots, handmade in USA.
Awesome Western Wear There! – Every time I go into this place I seem to come out with something great, boots, buckles, shirts, belts! And even if I didnt leave with an item, the shopping experience is still wonderful. They sell top quality merch- you wont find any cheap stuff in here. If you want cheap stuff that will fall apart in a month go shop at the "marts"....The staff is very attentive and knowledgable about the products and the way things should fit. If I am looking for something and they dont have it, they will call me personally when it gets there...and.. if they dont get you the first time, they will call again- which is nice in case your vmail goes out.
I love my Luchesee boots, and I will keep shopping here. It is worth every penny.
The Bull Chute is the best – The store and staff are great!
My twins and I went to The Bull Chute for them to buy “cowgirl” boots.
The sales staff was so very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the boots.
They selection was large and the price good. (We found this out after checking out other country western stores in Garner and Smithfield. At a store in Garner the same boots were $40.00 MORE then the pair we bought at The Bull Chute.) We bought one pair that day and had to order the second pair due to not having the second pair in the size we needed. They were able to get them shipped to the store that same week. I would highly recommend shopping here and I will come back here and forget about even trying to shop any place else for any western wear.
THANKS to staff at The Bull Chute!
You made my girls night at the Taylor Swift concert, they rocked in those cowgirl boots!
GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE – I consider Bull Chute one of the best western wear stores around. Staff has been there for a long time and always attentive, and remembers me even though it may be many months between visits. I've bought boots and shirts there for at least 60% off retail. Their regular prices are as low as one of the major NC retailer's sale prices.
Nice place, but. . . . – Lots of nice stuff here. Lots! The sales staff was very helpful and patient. I found a pair of boots that I really liked, and when I compared prices online, I found the boots for $40 less. I wanted to buy the boots locally so I called the store to see if they would be willing to split the difference on the boots. I was prepared to pay a bit more to buy locally. They politely declined, but declined nonetheless, noting that , though $40 more than the online retailer, they already sale the boots at a "discounted price". I was disappointed. My boots are on the way from the online retailer. If price conscious, be sure to comparison shop when shopping here.
